This property is conveniently located 1/4 block from the gorgeous beach of South Padre Island. The unit has been recently remodeled and each room has been beautifully furnished. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and full bath. It also has cable TV and DVD player. There is a downstairs bedroom as well that has a queen bed, full bath, and cable TV with DVD player. The unit is also equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full supply of pots and pans etc.)

Perfect getaway home!
This place is everything you could ask for in a vacation condo! The location is literally a walk around the corner from beach access. Everything you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. The owner was flexible and understanding working with any special requests and extremely timely with her correspondence. This is definitely a place I'd like to rent in the future!
Best place to stay!
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. This place was awesome. Beautiful house, well stocked. The pool was great for the kids, and we utilized the grill! The house is super close to the beach! Couldn't be easier! The few issues we had, I emailed Melinda, and she responded immediately! Very helpful! I got my full deposit back with no problems!
I one thing I would say that this place needs is lights on the back patio. We were out past dark and the only light back there was the pool light. Maybe a string of chistmas lights or something around the porch, just to brighten it up at night :) Next time we go down there I will be sure to stay here!
The place was fully stocked with everything you need. Loved the private pool and grill. Close to the beach. The owner got back to me quickly with any emails I sent her and was very friendly when talking to her on the phone. My family goes to SPI every summer and we will be staying here from now on . Loved it!

Not what i was expecting at all..
We arrived and the AC was off!!! The unit was so hot and the A/C took forever to cool it down. We sat outside till the middle of the night bacause it was so uncomfortable inside. The owner was rude when asked a simple question. We cleaned the unit and put everything back the way it was and she took my deposit for stains she claims on her cheap couch covers which is a total lie and sand tht was on the floor and the most ridiculouse thing about someone peeing in a trash can. We emptied all the trash can liners the day we left and it's absolutely ridiculous that someone peed in them. They locked up the washer/dryer so we couldn't wash anything unless we wanted to go sit somewhere and do our laundry. This is a fact that wasn't mentioned in her listing and I never would have rented it without the use of the washer and dryer. Horrible customer service. There are much better places for your money on the island!!!
Great beach house!
I loved this beach house! It was our first time staying at a house and it had all the amenities we needed. It's a great place for spending family quality time. We loved the location as well. I don't have anything negative to say other than the fact that the lights in the pool were burnt out. However, I did read where they have been fixed! Overall, great stay! We will definitely be staying next year again!
Activity and Interests
This unit is a short walk from some of the best restaurants on the island. It is also located a block away from the local movie theatre as well as the Wanna Wanna beach bar and grill (the best place on the beach to gather for fun in the sun).

- The unit has a completely private pool that only the renters of this unit can use. There is also a very large den downstairs that has a stereo, cable TV and a large daybed for sleeping (this room can also accomodate extra blow-up mattresses). There are three full baths in the unit. One for each bedroom and one just off the kitchen. There are four TV's in the unit that all have cable and three are also equiped with DVD players. **The pool table is currently unavailable in the unit**
