Our Vacation Home comes with views of both the Gulf and Bay located on South Padre Island, Texas. Our home offers 2400s.f. which is ideal for Group gatherings. Also the home is located on the Gulf side in a quiet area away from the busy Hotels. The beach is a few steps away with an access at the end of the street. Our beach is in excellent condition for swimming, wind-surfing, or simply just relaxing . There are 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms allowing the house to easily accommodate 8 to 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to stay in and cook a good meal. The Dining Room has a large dining table that can seat 6 with seating for 4 more at the island counter. So, whether you choose to dine at one of the conveniently located restaurants or cook at home, we have you covered. The fenced and gated backyard is perfect for families with children and the large balcony lets you see everything including beautiful South Padre sunsets. Each Bedroom has a private balcony! For your convenience there is a wet bar by the 2nd floor balcony. So let Parade House be your next retreat for 'FUN IN THE SUN'

The home is owned by 3 cousins who thought it would be a great idea to invest in a property all our familes would enjoy in the years to come. We all grew up in the Rio Grande Valley so visiting Padre Island was a childhood past time for us. We currently all live in diffent parts of texas, so for us we continue to travel to South padre Island every year for fun in the sun.

Why Roland martinez chose Texas Gulf Coast

We chose this property because of the location and the area. We are located in the center of the island which gives us the benefit of both the bay and beach side of the island. Being located on the north side of the beach also gives us the comfort of peace and quite when wanting just to relax, yet only 2.1 miles from the bar district. The home has amazing patio views on both the north and south balconies as well.

What makes this house unique

The home is very open and spacious for a simple family to a group of guest just wanting to experience a nice vacation without spitting up in hotel rooms. Back yard experience for cooking and allowing time for children to run freely also a plus. Having all 3 bedrooms(king,Queen,Full, pull out queen sofa) as master suites is definitely a plus as well!!!
