Sugar Beach Condominiums are located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with its pristine sugar white sand and blue-green water. The rental unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath upstairs. Downstairs is a sleeper sofa (queen size) and a full bath. Downstairs also has a complete fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a balcony that directly overlooks the swimming pool located on the 1st floor. The balcony also provides a limited, but good view of the gulf and beach. The condomininium unit has central heating and cooling. See the attached photographs for more information.

Clean and quiet and well equipped. The condo was definitely up to our expectations. But what was really nice is the fact that miles of paved trails were right next door. If you are a wildlife enthusiasts, this is a great place to observe alligators, birds, turtles, etc. The beach is easy to walk (people with hip problems will understand what I am saying 8-) and clean.
We definitely recommend this rental.
The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bedroom was upstairs which provided privacy and the downstairs was the perfect size for 1-2 people to sleep. The location was perfect!!! We were pleased with the gorgeous beach and three pools! The secured parking was an added bonus. This is a great deal!
We rented this unit for a trip with 2 boys ages 15 and 4. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. The unit was incredibly clean and we had the best time. The beach was easy to get to and I personally appreciated the kiddie pool for my 4 yr old. I would definitely recommend renting from these owners 100%. In fact, I already have recommended them. This unit is perfect for a small family. The pictures doesn't do the unit justice. ☺
The owners of this unit are the nicest people in the world. This is a great place. If you have the chance to go, just go!! We stay at Sugar Beach every spring and every year we are rewarded with a great place at a great price. I wish we could keep it a secret!
We spent a wonderful month (mid-December to mid-January) staying in this unit while vacationing in Sugar Beach,. The dates of our original reservation had to be changed due to an unexpected last minute obligation, and the owner was very gracious about accommodating this change for us.
We found the unit to be very clean, nicely appointed,and with everything we could need, The owner had even supplied "starter" products (bath tissue, soap, dishwasher detergent, etc)which saved us having to go out shopping immediately upon our arrival . This allowed us time to get acclimated to the area before needing to stock supplies. As an added sweet note, there were also a few Christmas decorations in place to help us celebrate since part of our stay was over the Christmas holiday! Part way through our stay, he called to see if there was anything we needed, or any concerns we might have.
All in all, our experience was everything we had hoped for, and more. The price was very favorable, and we were treated extremely well. We hope to return again for perhaps a longer stay.
The only slight negative is the internet service, which is somewhat slow and spotty, but we were there to enjoy the beach, the golfing and the great weather, so this was not a concern for us. The little that we did need the internet, it sufficed for us.
Our stay at Sugar Beach Condominiums was everything we expected and hoped for. The price was great and our unit was clean and comfortable. The amenities on the property were immaculate and very nice. Sugar Beach Condos is centrally located to nearby shopping, restaurants and other local activities. We would certainly return again in the future.

A $20 parking pass charge is required by the condominium association. Parking passes must be purchased from and picked up at the entrance guard hut or at the condominium office (unit # 200) upon your arrival.
Call or email the owner, Robert Scott, to reserve your rental dates. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The rental balance (total rental amount minus the $100 deposit) is required a week minimum prior to the check-in date. All rental payments are to be personal or cashiers checks or money orders and mailed to the owner at 7640 Mallard Dr. Mobile, AL 36695.
