I wanted to thank you for allowing me to use your property this past weekend. To be honest the home, location and weather could not have been more perfect. I cleaned the house and yard thoroughly. So thank you again for opening your home to me, it was a great time.
Perfect house and location for the area
Close and easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and the highway. Very lovely home and slept 6 of us very easily, with plenty of extra room for at least a few more.
Great beach house!
A group of us came down to Falmouth for the Falmouth Road Race weekend. The house accommodated for all 10 of us nicely and the house was spacious. The backyard was a great area for us to hang out, grill for dinner and enjoy the peace and quiet. We were disappointed the beach wasn't as close to walking distance as expected (1.5 mile walk). We walked there the first day but decided to drive to Old Silver beach for the rest of our stay which was better for us. The house is a great location for the Falmouth Road Race. Quick drive to the start line for the runners and a close drive to the finish line for our spectators. A general store right down the street was super helpful! We would definitely rent again. Thank you for a great stay!!
Great stay and location!
The house met our needs perfectly. We walked or biked every day to "Big Black" beach (south of Chappie beach), enjoyed the Village Cafe for breakfast, lunch at the beach, grilling out back for dinner, and Eulinda's ice cream for dessert. Almost like clockwork. Chappie grill is great too and VERY close. They are not stingy with the drinks.
Plenty of beach supplies in the garage and the bikes were very useful (there's also a wagon for kids/stuff for the beach). Washer/dryer, internet, fans in every room... all worked great. Sure the furniture/decor is dated, but all part of the character of a Cape vacation home (we weren't in the house much anyway, except to sleep). The value was amazing.
Didn't need to contact the owner much, but she was responsive before the trip and returned the deposit in a timely manner.
Overall great trip!
Would be perfect with climatisation. Enought space for 2 familly including 5 childrens.
Great home for families, accessible location, responsive owner
We had a great time at your home. It was clean, efficient, spacious and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were perfect for us, two couples, three boys and two girls. We enjoyed Chappaquoit Beach (and Grill), Old Silver, MV and the Cape Cod Baseball games. I also appreciate your prompt attention to our needs. We'll be back!
Lovely little home, well-stocked
This house has plenty of room, much more than my party of five needed. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there is no need to bring any kind of utensils, which is nice. The outdoor grill is a great feature and the backyard is just big enough to set up a badminton net, if you like. My friends and I enjoyed the local Old Silver Beach, which is one of the few beaches in town for non-residents. I also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the Casino Wharf FX, right on the water, but if you're looking for something more casual, then the Clam Shack of Falmouth is a great choice. Overall, this home provides a great base for a weekend getaway with friends, and I'm sure it would accommodate a family or two as well without much trouble.
