Stay in New Smyrna Beach
Our family enjoyed our stay at Engram Ave..Watching the manatees and kayakers was great fun and the beach was great. The only complaint about the house is that the downstairs was very noisy due to lack of insulation in ceiling. The house was the perfect size for us and allowed for downtime from each other especially when you have small children traveling with you. Thanks again......Mary Ann Dial
The beach house
We enjoyed our stay. It was well located in walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and shoppers.
Sweet little place. Nice space for our family.
Nice location. Easy walk to beach. A rolling cart would have been a great asset!
Four adults (one couple, two singles) and a dog stayed in this property this past weekend. We were very pleased with the property - it was very comfortable, spacious enough for us all to spread out, and was completely outfitted with everything we needed, down to beach towels, bikes and boogie boards. And the location is simply fantastic! We walked everywhere - beach, bars, shops, restaurants. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this rental and we hope to come back sometime soon!
Close to everything!
I rented this house for my daughter and family's June NSB annual vacation. They are very familiar with the area and loved being able to walk to Flagler to the shops and restaurants.
My teenaged granddaughter and her two friends loved the hot tub! There was room for the three of them (one on the floor) in one of the bedrooms. They like being together. Having two bathrooms was important for this group!
My son-in-law enjoyed cooking on the gas grill. They all made themselves at home for the two weeks and are looking forward to coming back next year!
My husband and I stayed May 27th to May 30th. It is a large house for two people but, if you want to have a true vacation then here is where it is at. The house was extremely cozy and had THE best location...walking distance to the beach and to restaurants as well it is tucked away with a secluded entrance/front patio.
I can not say enough good words about Cindy (Rent On The Beach Realty/property management), hands down THE best to work with!!! She made the entire stay so easy...from arrival to departure. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hidden jewel!
This 3 bedroom 2. 5 full bathroom, outside beach shower house is a minute walk to the beach and Flagler Ave with restaurants, shops, ice creme stores, coffee shops and the night life. We are the closet beach to Disney and all the attractions in Orlando, Cape Canaveral Space Center . New Smyrna offers lots of interesting things to do.
Fishing from the piers , or National Park are great, or taking a walk out to the light house. You can rent kayaks and go along the river watching manatees and dolphins swim by. The National Seashore park is great for collecting seashells and seeing where the Indians at Turtle Mound lived. You can go out on a boat that tours the river and see all different types of wild life. The local small stores have lots to offer as well as the other main street, Canal St. The little drug store goes back to the early 1900's. They still have an old soda pop fountain. The street also has nice restaurants, antique shops and is just like going back in time. Quaint and sweet with one of the most beautiful beaches Florida has to offer.
