Perfect spot for Lincoln Park stay!
About the Owner
I have been managing vacation rentals for over 20 years. I love meeting new people and learning about their hometowns and backgrounds. I hail from a large family and my parents used to rent homes from friends during the summer and set us kids free to explore, make believe and run around.

Perfect spot for Lincoln Park stay!
This property was really fantastic for our recent visit to Lincoln Park! It was very clean!! The layout was spacious and comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. We were met by the property manager as soon as we stepped foot out of our car. We easily found parking nearby. The location was amazing - virtually steps from many great spots... great restaurants, Whole Foods, delicious bakeries and brunch spots. Also, very close to surprisingly good shopping! We would love to make this a regular spot for our visits to see our daughter in Chicago!!
Unprofessional property owner, misrepresented ad
We stayed in this unit from 11/14/15 through 11/16/15. First of all, the listing misrepresents the accommodations. There were two bedrooms, each with a bed as stated. However, there were ZERO futons, only one couch. So among the four of us, one had to sleep on the couch, and I on the air mattress. Secondly, the communication of the owner Red was inconsistent. She did not respond to my initial email to reserve the unit, so after a week I had to call her. She initially claimed that she did not see my email, then blamed the website. Once I had made contact by phone, she did respond promptly, but never updated the website to show our dates were taken once we had booked. Thirdly, when we arrived to take possession of the unit on 11/14/15, the key she provided in the lockbox would not open the front door! I called the property manager and got no response. I then called Red on the phone, who suggested I ring everyone else's doorbell to let me in. I told her that this was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, at which time she said SHE WASN'T RESPONSIBLE and HUNG UP ON ME! This owner left me in the cold with my three guests, unable to enter the property, and then would not answer the phone or return my calls. The property manager eventually arrived, and he could not get the key to work either. He let us in the unit with his master key, and had to go get another one made for us. Red is unprofessional for not providing the correct key and refusing to accept responsibility, and rude for refusing to listen to my complaint. Renter beware!
Comfy, Clean, Fantastic Location.
Red is great and so is her manager. Very responsive to my texts and emails. Apartment was clean and comfortable and the outside deck space is amazing. Terrific location, really close to Fullerton train station to get downtown and coming back late at night is safe. We right at home. Will definitely stay here again next time I have friends in for a big weekend!
great location and very clean
Excellent location and very clean. Gret customer service.
Very Good Vacation Rental Place!!!
This place is the best! The swimming pool was so relaxing and we were able to park very easily in the parking lot. We loved going around all of the places near the unit! The apartment was very clean! I recommend this to everyone who wants a nice cheap apartment to stay at.
