Imagine waking up in the morning and standing on your private balcony with a fresh cup of coffee, taking in the clean cool morning air and looking forward to the days adventures in the Canadian Rockies. A loft apartment conveniently located a few minutes walk from downtown Canmore with all the comforts of home and a little more space than a hotel room.

This unit is decorated with Original First Nation artwork and artefacts. Even though the unit is 21st century we have tried to keep the soft furnishings as you would find in a cozy mountain cabin. We hope that this will inspire you to explore the history of Canmore itself. There are numerous trails that begin only a few yards from Canmore Crossing, waiting for you to start your adventure. We are also able to have flexible bed configurations so we can accommodate up to 7 adults in the most comfortable way possible. This unit has the added luxury of a jetted tub in the downstairs bathroom and a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.

We are fortunate to be able to offer two similar condos on the same floor in the same building. They are identical layouts but just decorated differently, so if you’re planning a wedding or a family gathering you may consider renting more than one unit. During your stay you will have use of the shared roof top hot tubs, shared fitness amenities, and secure heated underground parking. For your convenience, we include a free Banff Park Pass to save you from paying each time you enter the park or visit Banff. If you need to keep in touch with your colleagues or friends and family log on to our free WiFi internet connection (Computer not supplied). The suite sleeps 4 comfortably in the 2 bedrooms, but has extra pullouts in the kiving area and can accommodate up to 7 people. In the living area you have a 42” LCD TV with DVD. A CD player and a facility to plug in your ipod. Gas fireplace. The second bedroom includes an LCD TV and XBox together with another DVD player. Phone (Long distance card required), Cable TV, Stereo, CD Player. Solid wood Dining Suite, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, Gas BBQ on your private balcony.

Super convenient location and the perfect suite!

Our stay was really great. The suite is very nice and the location was perfect. With everything you need right in the parking lot or a short drive to Main Street you’re set for your entire trip.

We will definitely be back again!

Excellent property in an ideal location

A very well equipped and well maintained apartment in an excellent location for sightseeing and within an easy walking distance from Canmore centre with excellent shops and restaurants. A friendly and efficient service from the owners who have made their property a real home from home with welcoming touches. Have already recommended to friends!

Another great stay in Canmore in a well placed and comfy condo. Like the previous visitors we had travelled from the UK and took an extended stay here of just over 6 weeks. Everything was great. Easy to book highly reccommended. The icing on the cake was seeing a bear swim across Bow river and out the other side fairly close to town on our last day. Fantastic memories.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately we can't guarantee bear sightings for all our guests, but a truly unique experience! We are right on the boarder of the Banff National Park and so if you are in the right place at the right time, it isn't unusual to see wildlife. We have a great location within Canmore regardless if you are wanting to walk on the many trails or drive your car further into the Canadian Rockies for a days exploring. However, being so close to most of Canmore's amenities you won't feel far away from shopping and dining. We hope you will return to see the same mountains and trails covered in snow for a winter adventure in Canmore, Alberta. Happy traveling.

Comfy Condo in Canadian Rockies!

A fantastic condo! We arrived very late after a long trip from UK with no luggage! However, when we opened the door to the condo it was even better than the photos, larger, beautiful pictures and artefacts, very relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable beds. When we opened the curtains in the morning - what a view! The rising sun had set the mountains on fire!! Such a beautiful view! We were there to ski and it was very easy to get to Sunshine (about 30 mins drive), Lake Louise (about 1hr drive), through the Park, we even saw a wolf! There are a couple of nearer resorts but snow was much better at the larger resorts.

Safeway is just a few steps away, very convenient and sports rentals nearby too. We cooked in a few times, but must mention the Iron Goat restaurant which was delicious. Also on our last day we walked the Johnston Gorge in the Park which was spectacular!

We were given loads of useful information before we left and there was a very informative folder in the condo. The lady who looks after the condo on site was extremely helpful and approachable, especially as we had ongoing problems with our lost luggage!

A fantastic place to rent in a fantastic place! I would recommend you BOOK NOW, for any season!

Beautiful condo with outstanding owners!

We stayed here while attending a work conference in Banff. Overall excellent - with great amenities, plentiful sheets and towels, and a clean and secure condo. We did have some personality challenges with the local staff on the first day when we dropped off our bags prior to heading out for the remainder of the afternoon, but she worked hard with the owners to secure us a Banff park pass after the one meant to be in the condo was found missing. The owners were lovely and available by e-mail to help iron out any issues - not a seamless stay - but an outstanding owner-response to any requests for help! I will stay here again when in Canmore, and would recommend it to a friend!!

Owner's Response: We always appreciate when our guests take the time to write a review that way we can we make things better. Even after over ten years renting, surprisingly we don't know it all! We try to make sure that everyone has use of our park pass, but they do get taken by mistake as they hang on the rear view mirror and often people drive off with them. We are lucky enough to have more than one unit in the same building but, we only have one part time assistant and it can be a bit stressful at busy times. We hope to welcome you back to Canmore in the near future.
