In the kitchen you'll find all appliances such as microwave, and conventional oven, ceramic cook top stove, dishwasher, double door refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven. Cups, glasses, plates, bowls, silver wear, pots, pans, and anything needed for cooking.Washer and dryer tower, highly efficient air conditioning, and water heater. Modern looking lighting features. Queen size beds in master and second bedroom. Master bedroom includes flat screen tv, spacious his and her closets and full bathroom. About Gabriel Morales

I became an architect in my country, Colombia and then moved to the states in 1982 since then I founded a logistics company called American Wings here in Miami, with locations in different cities in central and South America. I live in Coral Gables, very close to the apartment, which is very convenient and time efficient.

The building and the place are neat and clean and the location couldn't be any better. No matter where you want to go you have plenty of routes to get to any place in a very short time and again you are close to the airport.

What makes this condo unique

Everybody has to say something about the views from the apartment, you can just seat in the balcony and enjoy the biggest and nicest City Sky Line that you can think of, and being so close to everything makes this a unique place, not only comfortable but also very enjoyable.

Great Apartment with a center location

Gabriel's apartment is very nice and practical for all types of travelers, especially those on a business visit in Miami. Very close to the Miami airport. The apartment location makes it easy to move from one point of the city to another and included an underground parking lot, so you can rent your own car.

The view of the apartment is spectacular and very nice to wake up with that view in the mornings or sit a while on the balcony in the afternoon. Not to the beach, but to the Miami sky line.

Gabriel is a great person, very responsible and always available to answer any question or situation with the apartment.

I hope to rent this apartment again on my next business visit to Miami.

The apartment is fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep for one night. The walls need to be repainted, the furniture isn’t that comfortable. They don’t run the A/C when guests aren’t staying in the apartment so the apartment has a musky/moldy smell. Gabriel (the owner) is nice and was helpful checking in. Even though he was nice and helpful, I don’t think I would stay here again.

Waste of money

The apperance online is nothing like the actual apartment , the apartment needs to be renovated. The beds and sheets are old looking , and the patio door does not lock , the bathroom tubs need to be re painted , and there were bugs in the bathroom I would not recommend staying here unless it’s the last resort

Owner's Response: We are very surprise with this comments. We are sorry that our guess didn’t like the place. We never had comments like these before. The place is repainted every quarter, the housekeeper is extremely professional and she performs a great job. We don’t see the need of having a lock at the balcony on a 15th floor. We don’t accept or recognize this vague comments, since they don’t apply to our place.
