Gorgeous east city skyline view with balcony. Comfortable living room with big flat screen tv. Modern dinning table that sits four.You'll feel at home knowing the condo is fully equipped with cable and internet service. In the kitchen you'll find all appliances such as microwave, and conventional oven, ceramic cook top stove, dishwasher, double door refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven. Cups, glasses, plates, bowls, silver wear, pots, pans, and anything needed for cooking.Washer and dryer tower, highly efficient air conditioning, and water heater. Modern looking lighting features. Queen size beds in master and second bedroom. Master bedroom includes flat screen tv, spacious his and her closets and full bathroom. Second room includes closet and flat screen tv and is nicely decorated as well, and full guest bathroom. You'll love this place from the moment you walk in

We truly enjoyed our stay

we stay on Gabriel's apartment August 17 to 19, 2016, we was traveling with my 97 years mother and we need a confortable and safe place, and this place meets our expectations We arrived at Miami later that our

schedule time , however Gabriel was very flexible on his time . We was very pleased with the apartment , it's nice and

confort , the location and the private parking are a PLUS . Restaurant. supermarket , Casino , etc. are close . The view from the

balcony its great. I recommend this place and will consider it for any future trip to Miami. Thanks Gabriel for let us

great place

We really enjoyed staying at Gabriel's condo. The locked parking was a plus, as were the pool and gym. There is also parking available on the street if you have more than one vehicle-- we used that as well and had no issues with the neighborhood or parking situation in general. The bedding was comfortable, dishes, etc were adequate and the condo was clean. It is in a great location if you're planning to visit Little Havana, Marlins Park (baseball stadium), or need easy access to the airport. Gabriel and his colleague, Miguel, were very pleasant to work with and always answered calls/texts quickly.

Great experience!

Gabriel's apartment was wonderful! Just as shown in the pictures . He was very sweet and accommodating. The apartment is very clean and comfortable . The location was decent and accessible to SoBe , brickell etc. also super convenient commute to the Miami airport . Gabriel, I will be staying with you again when I visit Miami! Thank you :)

Mixed feelings

All the stars should be excellent for the owner, Gabrielle. His customer service abilities and accommodations is great. However, I cannot give full stars because his place has security and he's not supposed to rent out his condo.

Even though Gabrielle asked for my ID to register me, the security guard did not let me through. I continued using the garage to avoid the security screening and asking irrelevant questions to my trip. Your condo is beautiful. It just needs some new retouch paint, new grout, new bathroom and sink caulks. The bathtub needs bleaching. It is also obvious that the cleaners don't clean well. Should deep clean once in a while to make the place look even more excellent.

I do highly recommend if you have no more than 6 guests (Gabrielle said he will kick you out); enjoy the comfort and privacy as well as location. But if you plan on having visitors and using the main lobby entrance, forget it. Book another place where there is more freedom to go in and out.

The building and the place are neat and clean and the location couldn't be any better. No matter where you want to go you have plenty of routes to get to any place in a very short time and again you are close to the airport.
