Have been coming to Hunter Mountain since the 70's and been loving it ever since. My family and I come up here every chance we get, that's how much we love it. I am cool, easy going and pretty flexible when it comes to requests. Just ask!

What makes this townhome unique

After a long and exhausting ski day, there's no better feeling than to come home to a nice warm fire in the fireplace. Great stories always happen around a fire. Also, the backyard is nice a spacious for any activity.

great spot

this place is a great spot for winter sports and very close to hiking trails. 3 big bedrooms and 2 baths. safe and clean community. the place was clean and room. fireplace, tv with cable, balcony, shared backyard.

Good size and good price.

Excellent place for very good price. Plenty room for 2 large families. Close to Hunter and Windham Mountains. Second bathroom is a little small but managable. Very good communication with owner/management.

For a first time renter experience was awesome

This was my first time renting a house myself, the house was up to expectations, two of the bedrooms are very spacious, the third one is a sufficient size for a couple. Bathrooms are in very good conditions, I felt comfortable using them

Comfortable living space, close to mountain

Michael's place has plenty of space and seating for a large group (we were 10). The living room is very comfortable and the fireplace kept us very warm in the -5 degree weather. There was plenty of parking in front of the property. The drive to Hunter mountain is just a few minutes and there is a gas station and grocery store close by with everything you could need. There are a couple things to know about this property that would have managed our expectations and made our stay more enjoyable had we known upfront:

-You need to buy ALL consumables you need, nothing is provided. Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, sponges, surface cleaner, hand soap, firewood, etc.....

-We were provided with exactly 1 towel per person, no extras and no hand towels.

-The walls in the unit are extremely thin. We were kept up until 3:30am one night by a party on one side, and woken up at 6:30am by kids on the other side.

-The living room does not have curtains across the sliding door and the downstairs front bedroom is missing some panels in the window covering. Very little privacy, especially since these rooms are on the first floor.

Overall we have a nice time, Michael was nice and easy to work with, and the location is great.

For the 1st floor bedroom I have ordered thermal curtains for additional comfort and privacy. Again was a pleasure to have you and hope to see you again in future.

The property is breathtaking; beautiful house, and beautiful scenery all throughout your stay.

Michael was incredibly helpful and kind; quickly answering all of our texts, and making sure our stay was comfy and relaxing. The view was absolutely incredible, all throughout the property you have a great shot of Hunter Mountain. The house was beautiful, and in such a convenient location for activities. One thing to keep in mind: if you want to go zip-lining, you need to book in advance! We would definitely come back here again. Our experience was great, and we had an amazing weekend!

Wonderful getaway.

It was a wonderful stay.clean linen enough bed for 12 ppl as described.pool was in repair.owner was kind enough to answer every question.thanks Michael.down side we didn't have hot water.but they fixed it on the last day.very close to hunter mountain.walking distance.defetnetly will visit again.
