The references on Home property 3543606 speak for themselves; the Huntington Beach house is in even better condition. The Huntington beach Shangri la has not been vacation rented in three years and is no beat up vacation rental.
We stayed at the Shangr-La Huntington Beach house March 17-24. What attracted us to the house was the Huntington Beach area, one of the safest beach communities in Southern California, the only dog beach in Orange county, the location in a quiet residential area and the spacious enclosed back yard with grass, making it an ideal situation for us and our two golden retrievers.
Upon arrival, we were not disapppointed. The two-story-house is very spacious and has an open feeling about it, and has many upgrades. It has an expansive kitchen with granite counter tops, state-of-the-art high tech stove top, a 70-inch HD TV in the living room with comfortable sofa and chair and Tempur-Pedic queen-size bed in the master bedroom, which also has an HD TV. The house is well-insulated and is very quiet.
We took daily walks with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be tranquil and the neighbors friendly. A very large park with a small pond with ducks and gees, justs steps away, provided a place to take our dogs to chase balls and enjoy a peaceful respite. The park is also good for kids, with swings and slide. In addition both the main pier and dog beach were only a short 10-minute drive.
We look forward to returning, which we plan on doing again and again.
We had an unbelievable stay at this gorgeous house. The décor is beautiful. The outdoor space with the fire pit and spa was perfect to relax. This is a great place with children or an adult get away. You can't go wrong with this lovely accommodation. I can't wait to go back.
The kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances was a cook's dream. The open space living room and bedrooms were comfortable.
We loved the large floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up to the backyard that allowed us to watch kids play from the inside the house or while relaxing and watch watching the 70 inch high def TV on the patio.
My wife and I and four grown children and two great grandchildren rented this property to visit nearby Disneyland and the beach. The house was very nice; everyone was impressed by the spaciousness and indoor/outdoor floor plan. The reservation process was flawless...the code enabled entry eliminated a formal check in process. This made it feel like we were entering our own home. Everything was clean and comfortable and we would recommend this property to friends and family.
