This high end luxury condo is located in beautiful Marco Island, 1 block from the beach. It's a very quiet part of the island with plenty of privacy and a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. See the photos for this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with 1,700 sq. ft. under air with very spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. It's a corner unit and decorated Mediterranean-style. You'll find it is very bright and attractive. It has an elegant decor and all the upgrades you could expect for a super vacation home.

The pictures we have provided show a view from the 'L' shaped wrap-around balcony overlooking both the ocean and the building pool area. The photos show a view of the spacious living and dining room area connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with all amenities you would expect. You'll never feel like you are inside because the design is all about experiencing the beautiful Florida outdoors.

The remainder of the pictures show the condo features including the large master bedroom with walk in closet, a large second bedroom with its own large walk in closet and a third which is set up as an entertainment room with large plasma TV and excellent sound system. The bathrooms are all oversized and comfortable with a third 1/2 bath excellent for entertaining guests.

Televisions additional rooms with cable. High speed Internet with WIFI included.

It comes with a very practical, spacious. oversized laundry with washer and dryer, storage cabinets and mudroom style sink. It includes a one car garage with automatic door opener and plenty of additional storage.

Your safety is assured with key lock access. No one is allowed into the building lobby or gain access to the elevatorwithout entrance code which is change periodically.

Building has a pool with a social room great for entertaining guests poolside. The elevator is prompt and spacious. All you can expect from an upscale seaside resort. There are only 24 units so there is never a crowd. It is very exclusive. Also available is a residents beach pass which allows renters the use of Marco Island's residents private beach and beach club. Inquire with owner for details.

Beautiful!!

We are currently renting the condo and would come back in a heartbeat if not for being unable to travel back to Marco next year. The furnishings are very elegant (great linens!), the entire condo is wonderfully stocked, the location is perfect and the owners are a pleasure to work with. Their customer service has been exemplary.
