This condo is a third floor end unit - oceanfront! Lots of windows to see the beach and ocean. Can't get any closer to the ocean! It is in walking distance to Flagler Avenue where there are restuarants, sports bars, ice cream store, and many beach shops. There is also a playground two blocks away. Very clean unit! Wake up early and enjoy having coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise.

The condo has been totally remodeled. The living room has a flatscreen tv and dvd player. There is a balcony that looks out to the ocean. There is also a window in the living room which faces the beach/ocean. The dining room has a window which also faces the beach/ocean. The dining room seats six people. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, countertop and appliances. The master room has a queen size mattress and a flatscreen tv with dvd player built in. The balcony faces the ocean. What a view when you wake up! The second bedroom has twin beds, also with a flatscreen tv. There is two bathrooms. Plenty of towels and linens. Condo has a heated pool, recreation area on 1st floor with tv room, tables for games, pool table, etc. The unit has WIFI. Very clean unit!

Amazing location, great unit, overall good time!

For the price, I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton :) The building is a little older and shows some wear, as does the unit. I know other units in the complex rent for much more because they are probably more updated. The unit was nice and I didn't lack or want anything. Was super comfy, had everything I could possibly need, and had the most pristine view. Slept with the patio doors open at night to the sound of the ocean, just amazing! Besides being a little tired inside, there were only a couple of suggestions. First, the celing fan in the bedroom doesn't appear to have more than a low speed. outside on the patio, the track where the doors run is extremely dirty, looks like black mold and could use a good cleaning. Lastly, in the master bedroom and other areas it looked like it could use some good detail cleaning with bleach to kill what appears to be mold. Hard to keep things pristine at a beach, I know...and overall the unit was clean and nice. I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a nice location and excellent price! I will be back for sure!

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed your vacation. Our condo does have a magnificent view from every window. That is one thing I miss when I go home. Your rental price was discounted, as you rented through me and not our rental agency. That saved me paying the rental agency and saved you on the required price. I also do not rent through the front desk as they allow people to rent for just the weekend, which brings wear and tear to your unit. I will have the ceiling fan checked in the master room and certainly replace it, if need be. I will pass this review on to our cleaning service and take care of the other concerns. Glad you enjoyed your vacation and looking forward to having you back.

Hi there. I am currently staying in this unit for 4 days. The unit itself is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, pots and pans, (no paper towels upon arrival), no biggie, just ran to the store. The view is amazing. Great location. Today however is very loud. The restaurant next door, Toni and Joe's, is playing very loud music and with the balcony door open, it's almost hard to think. The cleaning part was hit and miss. The kitchen sink had mildew around the faucets, however there were cleaning supplies under the sink which took care of the issue. The floor is very dirty, don't wear white socks, the smell of the unit is very clean, no odors, clean fresh smell. There was something spilled all over the door in the second bathroom (soda or something), again, no big deal, I cleaned it off. The base boards are very dusty and could use a good thorough cleaning. The bathroom sink had a film in it upon arrival, just cleaned it with the cleaning supplies. I talked to management when i officially checked in the next day and they offered to send someone over to clean again... I however declined for we just drove 17.5 hours, had a tire blow out and was just wanting to relax. All furnishings are up to date, very nice. The second bedroom with twin beds, it would be nice to have a night stand with a lamp and possibly a clock in between the beds. The TV in the bedroom was complicated, couldn't find a guide on the remote at all. However t he TV in the living room was very nice, equipped with satellite tv. The unit does not have a washer and dryer, they do have laundry facilities on the 1st floor 1.25 to wash and 1.25 to dry. I enjoyed the unit and I am satisfied. I'm writing an honest review so the owners and the management are aware of things that need to be addressed.

Owner's Response: Thank you for bringing the cleaning situation to my attention. I certainly will be discussing this with my rental agency. I have never had a complaint about it before. I know with you arriving on Thanksgiving and having a renter leave that morning, the agency was probably shorthanded and on a limited time. This certainly is NOT an excuse. The restaurant next door doesn't play music often but I suppose they were having something special for the Thanksgiving weekend. We did have a nightstand in the second bedroom but always found it moved somewhere else. I assumed that some people put the two beds together, not sure. I certainly will think about putting another one back in. I hope you enjoyed your vacation and would like to see you return again. I will discount your stay again, as I did this one.

We rented this condo twice last year and loved it! The view is wonderful, the location is great (everything is within walking distance) and it's very clean and well kept up. We plan on renting again this year.

Beautiful views

My daughter, her 1 1/2 year old son and I stayed for a week in this condo. Plenty of room, very clean, gorgeous views of a clean quiet beach, would definitely return. It has a restaurant next door right on the beach, which we used for breakfast a couple of times and lunch once. Wild Side (a large beach store) is about one block away-this was our fave shop-always had the best stuff . We walked to Flagler Ave several times (much better than Canal st) lots of shops and we tried several of their restuarants.

The only complaints I had about the condo was that the front door was always hard to open and there was a light shining through the window in the second bedroom at night. Curtains would solve this. Neither of these things would prevent me from returning though.

Owner's Response: We keep the condo up-to-date with flatscreen tv's, internet, etc. The view from every window and slider is gorgeous. It is nice to walk to Flagler Avenue to shop and eat. I like not having to drive everywhere. You can't get any closer to the beach either! We are going to put curtains on the second bedroom so that no light shines in.
