Gulf View unit, the best value for location on St. George Island. You are just across the beach from the most beautiful waters and sand. Enjoy shell collecting, dolphin watching or fishing just out your window. It is just 300 ft from our front door to the water's edge. The gulf view through master bedroom window or living room window. You don't have to bend or stretch to see it.

We only rent Sunday to Sunday, Sunday to Friday or Friday and Saturday during peak season which spring break and summer. We cannot accommodate 3 or 4 night rentals during this time. Off season owner's discretion.

Our unit is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6. Master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, queen sleeper sofa in living room. Both bedrooms have their own TV.

Additional unit available for rental for larger families or groups vacationing together. Please inquire regarding unit A-2, 2 bedroom 2 bath, and loft as 3rd bedroom, sleeps 6 in beds, inquire with owner regarding this property or visit Property #7003818.

Wi-Fi Free for all guests.

Boardwalk or gentle foot path to the beach.

You'll have the best of both worlds at at Neptune's Palace Unit B-1. Lounge poolside, rest on the front porch while enjoying the Gulf View from inside the unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Washer/Dryer in unit. Shared private pool with 4 other units, privacy fence and child lock. 2 community outdoor weber grills, outdoor shower and fantastic open breezeway and front portico for sitting, grilling and relaxing. Small Pet allowed with $75 pet fee. No Smoking Unit Handicap ramp in rear of building. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance thru this web site only $39 for up to 1200/week coverage. Especially in summer when rates are at peak and storms start is hurrican season all summer.

The property was as described. Nice and clean. Across the street from beach. And you don’t have to walk far to get access to beach because their is a walkway/bridge at this location. This was our second stay in two weeks. Highly recommend!

First time visitor to ST George Island and the unit was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Beach access directly across the street was an added bonus. Overall great experience on St George Island. Wonderful laid back relaxing area to visit. We definitely plan to return.

First time to SGI - since 2002

It was a clean facility. The condo was on the older side, but has been kept up. We loved all the videos and books just in case you forgot to pack your own. The pool is small, but usually empty. The walk to the beach is truly cross the road & you are there. We loved the water hose to wash off before entering the condo. I enjoyed resting in the heat of the day, lying on the bed & being able to look at the gulf. This unit is described as non smoking. However, when we arrived there was a smell of smoke in the guest bedroom. This unit is not fancy in any way or upscale in my opinion. If you do not want to spend $500.00 a night or be in a hotel----this is a great option.

Great place!

Loved the place. Can’t beat having access to the beach and then a pool as well. Only thing is the Dyer doesn’t really dry so if we stayed longer that would be an issue. Everything else was great. Place was very nice inside and the porch was great too. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location across the street from beach access. I love that this unit is ground level. Easy parking and loading and unloading of luggage/beach stuff. Tania was responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended this unit.

St. George Island is Florida's Uncommon Coast a great place to relax

and enjoy without the crowds. On the corner of West 6th street and West Gorrie Drive. You are just 6 blocks for the center of the island. Ride your bike to the store or to play at the park. Watch dolphins playing while standing

on the beach. Even during peak summer season you feel you have the

island to yourself.

Enjoy just basking in the sun, swimming, fishing, exploring or

camping all on the island. You'll never go back to the crowds in

nearby beaches once you experience St. George Island...truly

the "Uncommon Florida".

Enjoy safely riding, running, cycling the length of island on a

dedicated path. Great park for kids on the beach and a short walk

from the unit.

Nearby Apalachicola is a wonderful place to walk enjoy unique shops

and great restaurants...only 15 minute drive off island.
