We cater to Tulane and Loyola parents visiting their college children and all that want to experience another part of New Orleans. About Caesar at LMP

I took over our family home approximately 2 weeks before hurricane Katrina and was in the mist of renovating it as the storm approached. Although the property did sustain some damage I was determined to restore it to its former glory in which took just under 4 years to complete and La Maison Prudeaux was born. I am a hands on owner although I reside in California half of the year I am in New Orleans each and every month to check on the property and staff that takes care of things while I'm away. Being from a family of contractors I constantly am improving upon the property and I take every suggestion from my guest to heart and attempt to integrate them. I enjoy chatting with our guest prior to their arrival and I make an effort to stay in touch with them well after their departure. Most of my guest return to stay with us and we've had the same guest for just about every major holiday and event for the past 5 years. Why Caesar at LMP chose Uptown

This property is located in a quaint part of town called the Uptown, Carrolton, University, River Bend area. We are literally walking distance from Loyola and Tulane University, Audubon Park and Zoo and around the corner from shops, restaurants, Bars and Boutiques on Maple St. There is a PJ's coffee and Starbucks within one block and to top it off there's a real French Bakery just across the street from them. We are approximately a 15 minute cab ride from the French Quarters and only 3 blocks away from beautiful St Charles Street trolley car that runs around the clock and in my opinion you must ride the streetcar down to the Quarters to have a true New Orleans experience. Additionally, we are also close to Oak St, which is another on of the city's hidden jewels that the locals frequent to dine, shop and hear live music. There aren’t enough compliments we can give for this fantastic home for 5 of us! The home is what everyone has reviewed – beautiful, and comfortable, exactly what we wanted for our stay in New Orleans. The owners were helpful from the time we booked until the morning we were leaving! It is a perfect location to enjoy the Maple area, which was only a 5-minute walk away where we had an exceptional meal at the Maple Street Café. The streetcar being only 3 blocks away was a wonderful way to travel to the French Quarter and allowed us an opportunity to enjoy looking at the beautiful homes along the way. We all want to return when we have more time to explore New Orleans and will rent this home again and most definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful property!

Once we found Maison Prudeaux, we've never stayed anywhere else in NOLA. The owners are always a pleasure to work with and the property is beautiful and very comfortable.

Great location, great accommodations!

We absolutely loved this place. It was emmaculately clean with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a great kitchen. The large screen tv was awesome and the high top dining table was my favorite spot. The street car is only 3 blocks away (24 hr passes only $3 and it runs 24 hrs a day) and we (2 females) felt safe walking back in the dark. Only a block away on Maple are great local restaurants and it was well light at night. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to store luggage in an adjoining unit since our return flight was in the evening. He was available by phone and quick to help us out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting New Orleans. You are able to feel like a local while enjoying all the tourist destinations. And Tulane is only a short walk away; we really enjoyed walking the campus. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect weekend

I needed a place to house 7 of us as we got together for a 38th high school reunion. The house was perfect - spacious, clean, convenient, and very quiet. We stayed on Halloween weekend so there were many parties in the vicinity. This didn't prove to be a problem. The weekend was totally pleasantly uneventful. We even found street parking! The house is close to everything - very accessible and traffic wasn't an issue at all. I told Caesar we will certainly be back soon.

great location, beautiful property.

we really enjoyed caesar's home. it was CLEAN, nicely decorated, roomy, and had every amenity needed for our stay. the location is fantastic: a nice neighborhood, minutes from tulane and a short drive to the quarter. around the block is a restaurant and shopping district, perfect for a nice walk. thanks for a great stay!

Stylish living in NOLA

I would say if you are looking at booking this property for a trip to NOLA then you should not hesitate. There was a party of 6 adults and 1 child (2) and we had lots of room in the very well presented and tastefully decorated apartment. Fantastic location (6-7 minute walk to St. Charles Avenue Street Car stop), safe on road parking outside the premises. Great location for getting anywhere in New Orleans - 10 or so minutes drive/uber to the French Quarter. Some great local bars and eateries/Starbucks only a stones throw from the door.

Beds were very comfortable and more than enough bedding and towels for us all. Well equipped kitchen, secure access to the property with very friendly neighbours. In all a gem of a place to call your home when in NOLA.

I will most definutley look to book again when I return in 2017.
