All we were looking for in our getaway

  • 5 of 5

What a delightful getaway we had with our family in this roomy, clean condo. The owner was amazing to communicate with us, making the trip all the better. The view was outstanding for the full moon rising that we enjoyed while there. The bed were all so comfortable, linens clean and fresh, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed even down to the salt that we forgot to pack. Being coffee drinkers we were also delighted with the great coffee maker as well! Our time on the beach was so much better with the pier acting as our sun umbrella. We certainly did not want to leave when check out time rolled around. Thanks again for the personal care you take with your renters.

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

Owner was amazing and easy to communicate promptly. The clean, updated condo was comfortable and very well stocked with starter supplies. We have been vacationing in Fernandina annually for about 45 years. We have rented homes, motel rooms, and other condos in 4 different complexes. We loved our stay in 220 Amelia by the Sea. It was perfect for my husband and me, our 2 adult daughters and 2 grandchildren. Our only regret is that our son-in-law had to stay home at the last minute and couldn't enjoy the beautiful beach and amazing local restaurants with us. We will definitely return to this delightful condo on the dunes.

Fantastic Property

  • 5 of 5

We had the best time for our family/friend vacation in March! We've never been to Fernandina Beach and we weren't disappointed! It was spring break and we didn't want to be involved with the crazy spring break parties that can happen along the coasts of Florida. Our young boys definitely didn't need to see that! We were very pleased with this sleepy little town that was super family friendly. The beaches are beautiful and not packed with people. Tons of shells to find and the sand is perfectly soft and almost white. The condo was perfect for our needs with 4 adults and 3 boys all fitting nicely. Plenty of storage room and the views are to die for! It's so great having the long pier just for residents and guests of Amelia by the Sea. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for our 5 day trip. Terry is fantastic to work with and he even stopped by on our last day to meet us. I would absolutely recommend this property as well as the area!

Great Escape from Goliath

  • 5 of 5

This was an unexpected treat we encountered while escaping a major winter storm while on vacation at Christmas time. This condo was extremely comfortable; the beds, the furniture, the operation of the showers, the kitchen, the view, the veranda. All very satisfactory. The possibility of a return visit is high. The owner/manager was very accommodating and concerned for our satisfaction. Overall, a great addition to our vacation. Very happy to have experienced Amelia Island.

Loved our stay

  • 5 of 5

All I can say about this place is wow. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Terry is amazing. We called him on the 28th to see if the condo was available because we were running from the storm that was hitting back home. He did everything he could to make sure that the property was ready for us when we arrived just a few hours later. During our stay there he went over and above what we could have ever imagined to make our stay amazing. The condo is amazing in itself, spacious and the view is just breath taking. I can assure you that we will return to Amelia Island and the only place we plan to stay on our return is here. Thank you Terry for making our vacation amazing.

absolutely wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

Loved the stay! During our stay it included my self, my husband, two kids (girl 5 and boy 3), my parents and younger sister. This condo is spacious and was able to accommodate all of us very comfortably. Tons of room to put up your clothes so you're not living out of a suitcase and wrinkling them. The beds were super comfortable. Beside food and drinks we did not need to go out and buy anything for the kitchen area, it was fully furnished with everything we needed. The owner is great, he checked in to make sure everything was going good and we had no problems with the a/c, wifi and even let us know of some events going on during out stay. Our family will definitely be back to enjoy this condo every year.
