Townhome, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 10 Sleeps
Lovely, sunny 4-bedroom townhome one block from the beach & boardwalk! Family-friendly, new construction (2006), plenty of room for larger families and family get-togethers. 3-1/2 baths, outdoor shower, large kitchen/bar with breakfast nook on main floor, with great room space opening out onto spacious deck. Also in main living space: gaming table with blackjack, poker and roulette wheel! Wireless internet. Plenty of kitchen supplies for larger parties, and optional towels provided.
NOTE: we rent Sunday-to-Sunday; renters like this because they have a lot less traffic in and out of the area; plus cleaning services are much better on Sundays. Feedback indicates renters like that they get to enjoy Saturdays too!
Ground floor: 1-car garage, storage for strollers and boogie boards; small porch out front; back bedroom with bunks and fold-out couch--sleeping space for 3-4--and its own bathroom. Outdoor shower around back!
Main Floor: Great Room with couch, loveseat, easy chair, flatscreen, cable, sliding glass doors to deck, covered by upper deck, deck has table and seating for 4 or more; kitchen with bar and 4 bar-chairs, plus dining table with seating for 6-8 as well.
Top floor: 3 bedrooms. 1 bdrm with queen; 2nd bdrm with two twin beds and/or crib; full bath shared. Washer/dryer. Master suite with queen bed, vaulted ceiling, reading nook, own bath --full, and own deck.
South-facing view gives you plenty of sun and great sunrises; look off the deck(s) to your right and you've got sunsets too! Most Fridays, fireworks along the boardwalk, perfect vantage from deck!
Video walk-through on YouTube -- search ' 339 E 20th Ave ' for a 4-min video showing interiors and views from the street and the 2 decks. Alternate: search RONDENCLARITY for this video.

Spacious, quiet, family friendly townhome
About the Owner
Suburban Philadelphia residents, we love the Shore and are excited about the North Wildwood growth and development, happy to be a part of it. We like the boardwalk, the Piers, the bike trails, kayaks, running along the north-shore sea wall, and having friends & relatives fill up the place. Happy to offer this to families visiting the Shore as well!

Spacious, quiet, family friendly townhome
Property was as described. No noisy neighbors up/downstairs as it is a townhome which we prefer. New restaurants in N.W. make it an enjoyable night out. We tried the Establishment, Flip Flopz, and Maui Dog House. I would describe the property as clean and spacious, on a quiet street, plenty of space for our larger family, and accomodating to the grandkids. South facing, so we have a view of the rollercoasters and fireworks. Extra parking pass was convenient for our large SUV
Great location and great house
Property was as described, near boardwalk, quiet street, we are finding that Wildwood has more restaurants now so went out to eat at Establishment and Coconut Grove, very satisfied. Parking pass was helpful for second car. Fireworks on the deck Friday night was fun for the grandkids.
Great location! Very clean and well-maintained house and property. The owner, Ron, cares for his renters and their experience. My family cannot wait to stay here again next summer.
From the Owner
“We came across this property during the Great Recession and compared it to several others. Our criteria were: close to the beach, quiet street, NO upstairs/downstairs neighbors or renters, outdoor shower a MUST, and we realized that a property with south-facing decks would be sunnier.”
