Master has king-size bed, 2nd bedroom has queen-size bed, 3rd bedroom has bunks that sleep 3, and there is a new pull out sofa in the living area. This is nicely furnished and well equipped for your family's enjoyment. Other amenities include wireless internet, 2 NEW cable TVs, basketball, shuffleboard, BBQ area, playground and pool-side rest rooms. Sleeps 9 comfortably.

About the Owner

My wife and I "discovered" Gulf Shores; Alabama (The little town with the big beach - and may I add one of the CLEANEST PUBLIC BEACHES we have had the honor to visit) back in 2012. It didn't take us long to fall in love with this lovely town; and promised ourselves; that as soon as we turn 30 again (that is 30 with 30 years experience); to retire here. After graduating Mannheim American High School (Mannheim; Germany - I was born and raised in Worms; Germany - the Sister City to Mobile, Alabama); I attended Parks College (St. Louis University); where I met my wife Pat; and we have made St. Louis (Fenton, Mo.) our home for the past years (Decades). In May 2015; in order to serve our Clients better; we have brought another property in Elberta, Alabama ( "fuer das gute Leben - this town's slogan on their sign); about 15 miles from our condo; and are in the process of becoming "Locals". We welcome all to visit!!!

Excellent location

Excellent place to stay. Plenty big, stocked beyond belief, so no buying anything. Right across from beach, nice store, restaurant and seafood place next door. Would recommend they get a few beach things to use as we had to buy all tjose things. But would stay again in a heartbeat!!

AWESOME property- definitely recommend!

Some friends and I stayed here in early March for five nights. We were on a budget and the prices for this condo were very reasonable. The property is even nicer and more spacious than it looks in the photos, so we were very grateful. The owner, Heinz, was AWESOME and made our trip very easy and enjoyable! We arrived hours early on the day we got to Gulf Shores and did not expect to be able to check-in early (we planned on just going straight to the beach); however, Heinz made accommodations for us to check-in soon after we arrived. The unit is in a great location and has everything you'll need for a relaxing week at the Shores. We are so very thankful Heinz allowed us to stay in his beautiful condo and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a unit near the beach while on a budget! Thanks Heinz!

Great condo for families, will be back soon!!!

We stayed 2 weeks in June and a week in October for the Annual Shrimp Festival. It is an awesome place to stay and will be returning this June for another two weeks! The owners are great and will work with you on everything! Our grandchildren and kids loved it! The pool is great for our little ones due to the fact that it starts out at like 2 feet. The playground and basketball court was used everyday! Cooking out was great! Thank you Heinz!

Great condo, close to beach and restaurants, very friendly owner

We stayed with 7 people at the condo in May and had a fabulous time. Everything is updated, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed big breakfasts for the whole group together in the dining/living room area. The condo was very clean and came with two covered parking spots. There're several charcoal BBQ grills with a porch swing and hammock next to the pool and a small supermarket next door, very convenient when you run out of something. The beach is right across the street, about a 3min walk. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our needs. I will definitely stay here again!
