Two-car garage. Hiking trails. Community activities all summer. Very friendly little village. No pets or smoking.

Damage Deposit $1,300

Looking for long-term renters. Two month minimum rental required. Available only June 1-September 30. May be extended into October for foliage season.

Deposit equal to one month rent and first month rent required when booking. Thereafter, rent is due one week before each month. Deposit, less any deduction for damage or unusual cleaning, will be refunded. Minimum stay is two months.
