There is nothing else out there like this property. If you have a large family, this is the one and only place that we have in the rental inventory that includes 4 and 1/2 baths!

Each bedroom is a 'master' bedroom with its own full private bath. You can sleep up to 14 people in all here, but an extra child or two would be OK, as long as you can provide the extra bedding that you will need to make that child comfortable - cribs, cots, air mattresses, etc. This property is well located just one block from the beach, boards, and Morey's ride and water park piers. This is where your family wants to be! Park the cars. You won't need to move them at all. Everything that you want to do and see is within an easy walking distance.

Great location.

Rented this house during off season. It is an amazing location to the boardwalk & to Cape May. Bathrooms in every bedroom was extremely helpful for our extended family of 13 spending spring break there. Rental office was very kind and helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our group just returned from a wonderful stay in Wildwood. The house was above and beyond what we expected. We had a group of four adults and five children and we never felt cramped. The common area was open concept and we enjoyed relaxing and being together. The bedrooms offered us all privacy and since each bedroom had a full bath we could get ready at our own pace and never felt rushed. Upon arrival, the house was sparkling clean. Diane was our main contact and she was very punctual in answering any questions we had before our arrival and during our stay. We were sad that we had to leave but this will be our go to beach house from now on. Can't wait to go back next year!

Good location

Close to beach, very good maintenance response, plenty of room for 10 people, because of the weather, we had ants - sink leaked - beds were not really comfortable - and outdoor furniture was "for the pits'. Not enough seating for 6 adults, needs more comfortable seating. Plenty of bathrooms, and easy clean up on floors. The one thing that it has is the closeness to the beach.

This is why people rent with us - we are one of the few "full service" agencies on the island. We service what we sell to make sure you are comfortable. Little "sugar ants" are a common problem on the island. They have been swarming since the heat wave started, which was almost exactly the day that you arrived. The exterminators on the island are working double time to keep up with them. All the rain washed away chemicals, and then the intense heat has the ants looking for water, which leads them indoors. People are find ants in their dishwashers! Thank you for letting me know that the outdoor furniture here is not up to par. We will get that replaced ASAP. Thanks again for coming. Please come again soon! Your 2014 reservations are welcome at any time. It was a pleasure having you and your family stay with us.

Enjoy my vacation

The description and pictures were accurate on the house. The location was really great for being close to the boardwalk. There were just too many stairs for handicap/older person. The place was very clean and well maintained and had many extra amenities (cleaning products, bedding). The service lady(Suzie) came down to help us with the door lock and she was very helpful also with information on the code for the garage and the trash schedule. The televisions only played one channel but we were too busy to sit and watch it anyway. But it would had be very helpful that we would had known this ahead of time. I would recommend this property to others going to Wildwood, NJ because of the being close to the boardwalk and other stores(Family Dollar, Super Fresh). The neighborhood was very quiet and the other people were very friendly.

Owner's Response: One channel?? Oh no! Not true! There is a full Comcast cable package here with high speed wireless internet access. A television must be set to channel 3 before using the Comcast remote to change the channels. If you are not on channel 3 in the first place, you will not be able to change. Often you won't get any picture at all! And that must be what happened here. I wished you had called me. I would have explained. But I am happy that YOU were happy with your vacation despite the lack of channels on the television. Thank you for the lovely review and please come again soon! lovely rental

My husband and I lost our home to hurricane sandy, we had no place to live our home and all contents were destroyed. We resided in the of the worse coastal areas in NJ. My Daughter found this lovely condo on line and we instantly rented it for the winter. It truly is a lovely, clean, bright home with lots of space and a huge garage. It provided everything we needed and then some to be comfortable. Nice neighborhood, we could walk to the beach and shops. The property management team was exceptional, Diane and Carol They wanted to make sure we were comfortable and everything was in perfect working order. They were always available for any and all questions regarding property. They are a pleasure to do business with and extremely kind and compassionate.

So, if you are looking for the perfect getaway I strongly suggest contacting this realtor firm as they will definitely make every effort to fill your needs. They go over and above the call of duty
