-Fully furnished and equipped, single level, single family home located on quiet, tree-lined street in heart of Bethany Beach, Delaware.
-Walk on wide sidewalk to beach and boardwalk, bike shop, restaurants, Catholic church, and convenience store. House is on Bethany trolley line, or use parking permit to park in permit-only spaces near beach and boardwalk.
NEW queen-size bed in master bedroom, single beds in 2nd bedroom, and bunkbeds in 3rd bedroom. Top bunk limited to 165lbs or under. Sleep sofa in great room provides sleeping for two on a temporary basis. The house has cable TV, wireless Internet, DVD player, CD player, and washer and dryer. Central Air. -Vacationers need to bring consumables, beach toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, etc. Sheets and bath towels are provided.

We've stayed in cottages at Bethany Beach a lot over the years and this was a delightful place we'd have to rank right there at the top. Peacefully quiet, well-maintained and well-furnished with every small convenience you could want, including the parking permit, easy access to the trolly or just walking into town in the cool of the evening. Great quiet location and really loved the big screened porch, the outdoor shower and the cute beach decor.
The house was very well equipped with more conveniences than we could use. The parking pass was, perhaps, the best part of the rental since parking is at a premium at Bethany Beach. We found the house to be scrupulously clean and comfortable. Close to the beaches , shopping, golf, and casinos. There are many nearby attractions including several state parks (Assateague Island, Fenwick Island, and Cape Henlopen). There is also the trolley route about two blocks away.
We enjoyed our stay in this home. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood not too far from the major Bethany attractions, this is it. It was very clean and very well equipped. With the parking permit, the convenience of the shuttle stop, and the fact that a stroll into town is do-able if you are a walker, we found many options for enjoying dining, swimming, shopping etc. We liked driving into town in the early part of the day so we could get a good parking spot, and then walking back to the home, taking the shuttle in for afternoon beach time, and having the convenience of the car at the end of the day.
The owner was very prompt with responding to questions and also very prompt with returning the security deposit. We found it to be a great value for the price.
