What makes this Condo unique
I feel in love with the 360 degree view from the 18th floor and the balconies off every room. The homes location right on the beach and no other. Property in PV has 4 Infiniti swimming pools. It is within walking distance to 3 shopping centers nearby, the Harbor, and dozens of restaurants, bars and nightclubs just meters away.

Great in every aspect!
We stayed there for 2 weeks and everything was great, relaxing and perfect. The condo was in an excellent form and you could find anything you need (even a little extras). We moved a lot in the city and the beach, and surprisingly no Uber cost above 60 pesos (3 USD), because everything was close enough. Guards and security are strict and accessible at all times. The beach is not as good because of the river, but it was still pretty and fun enough. The pools were the best part of all, never crowded, big enough, clean, and perfect for all ages. Finally, the communication we had with John and Karine was excellent, they were very responsive and attentive to everything we needed or any doubts we had. This is a great condo experience for a very low price. We are sure we want to come back next year!

Loved our stay besides all the aunts
My family and I loved our 7 day stay here. The view was amazing and slept listening to the waves every night. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to make breakfast every morning. Walmart and sams club is only five minute drive. The living room has nice comfortable couches after a long day by the pool it was nice to come relax and watch TV.
I do wished it had more English movie channels. Our WiFi kept turning off and back on throughout our stay. The pool area always had enough lounged chairs no matter what time of the day it was, we didn’t have to get there early to reserve an area. The restaurant was surprisingly good. I had the fish tacos and my husband had fish filet. I wanted to eat there again but didn’t have time. Since there were so many other options we had being so closed to many restaurants and mall right next door. The location of this property is one great feature.
There were a couple of inconvenient problems: the kitchen counter and stove was full of tiny little aunts. It was very uncomfortable leaving any food out or cooking. We notified Karine and she just brought us a bottle of raid instead of having someone come and clean/ fix the area. It was very easy contacting Karine and she responded to us very fast with any questions or concerns.
The master bedroom bed was very hard and the sheets were not that soft. I woke up every morning with back pain. The fourth bedroom is a tiny room with a twin bed and own bathroom that also has the washing machine in there. Not a great room to stay in.
Overall we spend a great week here. We will be coming back. Possibly staying longer, this place was a home away from our home!
Good property, but
This unit is in building 2, which sits on the beach. It is surrounded by 3 pools and beautifully maintained grounds. The beach is wide and deep but swimming is not recommended due to a ongoing sewage leak. The estuary next the complex can also have affluent on rainy days but mostly runs clear. There is a NEW beach nightclub going in across the estuary that opens today. This has the potential to be a real noise problem for buildings 2 & 3. There is restaurant in the building and another next door, El Oasis de Hoti. Costco, Le Comer, Soriano, Walmart and Mega are all within 20 minute walks. Renters in this building are frequently required to pay for electricity, our bill worked out to $ 100 CAN per month without using the A/C. Security is very good and our & the building’s property mgts were VG. There are palapas outside the security gate but only a few are useable as there is no security at the other gate. The singers that perform in La Isla Mall can be heard until 9 pm, bonus for me. The building composts, recycles glass & cardboard. The UNIT. Well decorated and cool with aging furnishings. I did a few minor repairs and Karine was very good at following up on requests. Gas stove with oven, gas dryer & hot water tank. King bed in master with tv, queen in 2nd bedr, 2 twins in 3rd bedr and single in maid’s room. Maid service is $30 US if you want it. The floor drains in the kitchen, maid’s bath & shower smell but a constant drop of Pinesol worked fine. This is apparently a problem throughout the building. Standard tv package and slow internet are included but no telephone . Gas bbqs can be rented from office if available. Never heard neighbours, building is very soundproof. Balcony furniture is good and view is VG. Whales and dolphins, cruise ships and the “ Marigalante “ sail by are all standard fare. Fireworks every night! Honestly can say we never had a bad meal with best deals coming from mom & pop restaurants. The Thursday night Mexican Fiesta at the Sheraton Buganvillias for 640 pesos pp was best deal by far. Booze, vast food buffet, Mariachi, cultural dancers & fireworks for $ 45 CAN. The Bambinos Shows were fun for $ 19 US. Pepe’s for authentic and inexpensive tacos, El Patron by Sheraton for fairly priced seafood. Free Wednesday night “ Elvis “ show at Route 66 in Marina also fun. Sat morning market in Old Town is very busy but lots of quality products. Buses are way to go for 10 pesos in town , plus 20 pesos to Nuevo. Uber less than taxis.
The Condo is in need of updates and repairs.
The property is beautiful and fun! The condo was a little disappointing, we stayed at the Grand Venitien before, in a lovely unitu!, I think my expectations where to high.. some of the closets / drawers were very smelly (Mold), we didn’t want to put our clothes in them. Some things needed repair. The price was good and we booked it at the last minute, so all considered it was doable. The owner, John and the property manager, Karina were always prompt to answer any questions or concerns.

Plenty to do during the day and evening. Bay cruises, night clubs, restaurants, shopping centers, malecon (board walks), water equipment rentals, fishing, eclectic and art stores throughout the area, sightseeing tours to nearby jungle/forest, golf and many other activities.
