Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your cabin. We had a wonderful time. It was our 4th anniversary, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. It was relaxing, clean, quiet, and much needed. We will see you again soon.

Cozy cabin!!

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was perfect for our family of four! It was fun looking at all of the decor throughout the cabin. The location was percfect and very easy to find. My teen daughters loved that they had the entire basement to themselves. The wifi worked great and we had great cell service as well. We did not take advantage of the pool, but the others in the community did. It was pretty busy most of our trip. I spoke to the owner Wayne and he was so present and so very helpful! We are thankful they chose to share their cabin with us! We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

  • 4 of 5

The Cabin was a nice, quiet getaway and close to town. The pool was nice and convenient for the kids. The hill is steep getting to the cabin but it is all blacktop; no problems getting up and down, even in the rain.

Heart-warming cabin!!

  • 5 of 5

This was the first time my family and I stayed at a cabin and we made the right choice, it made our trip special. It was perfect for the four of us. My teenager girls loved all the decorations and the fact they has their own floor.

Love the location! (Outside the city but the drive to downtown Gatlinburg was short.)

Thank you Wayne an Pamela for all your help, we enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend your place.

Perfect location for a quick dart into GSMNP

  • 5 of 5

We were a group of four girl friends from college that drove down from Ohio that had the pleasure of staying at Wayne and Pamela's cabin over Memorial Day weekend. I had one previous Homeaway property stay under my belt, near a different national park, but my expectations were still exceeded. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The amenities were of even higher quality than what we could gather from the photos on the rental website. Both the queen and king size beds were perfectly prepared for an excellent night's sleep (we formed that opinion before we did any 10+ mile hikes), with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for even the most pampered guest. As we were on a budget, we appreciated all of the kitchen cookware and supplies that helped us eat in for most of our meals. Our favorite spot to hang out at night was in the hot tub, which was also in pristine condition. What made that experience even better was the privacy fencing on the deck; while the cabin is on a road with many other rental properties, we felt isolated enough during our entire holiday weekend stay.

The location worked out well for us. Coming from the north, we were able to get to the cabin faster by by-passing some of the touristy parts of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg by traveling through Pittman Center. As someone who hates traffic, this made my life as the primary driver a lot easier. The cabin's location east of Gatlinburg also made it quicker to take to some of the trails that were not directly off 441 (Rainbow Falls). I also appreciated the quick response that I received from Wayne and Pamela when I needed the exact address for the rental.

Of course I would choose to stay at this cabin again! It helped us form many fond memories, both in the park and at night when we returned.
