Once again it has been a very positive experience to work with Joan both in communication and leasing this condo. The condo was as we expected with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The familiar surroundings made it especially easy to settle in and feel at home and part of the Fountain Hills community. Each day we looked forward to a breathtaking sunrise and sunset... a great reprieve from the Midwest winter.
We had a wonderful stay in this condo and found it accurately represented; clean, convenient, and well maintained. Joan was a pleasure to work with being accessible and informative.
The condo was a comfortable peaceful haven for us with views of the fountain, beautiful sunrises over the mountains and colorful evening skies. We discovered the Fountains Hills area very pleasant with many resources within walking distance. We are eager to return!
Comfortable and nicely decorated condo
I love Fountain Hills and was happy to find a comfortable condo in a fabulous location to spend my week. This is such a centrally located condo, within walking distance to everything. I did not have a car during the week and walked to restaurants, shops, the post office, Basha's grocery store, the library, museum, art show, farmer's market, the bank and, of course, the fountain.
Fountain Hills getaway
We spent the month of Feb. 2014 here and greatly enjoyed our time. The condo was accurately depicted in the rental listing and was very conveniently located near the downtown and fountain areas. The weather was wonderful and the pool and hot tub were comfortably heated. We also found both the master and guest beds to be comfortable and the home to be well appointed. We would readily recommend this unit to family or friends visiting the Fountain Hills area. Thanks for opening your home to us Joan,
Kevin and Chris

We had the vacation of our life. Quiet, convenient to grocery stores, all amenities. Beautiful scenery, great weather (NO SNOW). We are planning on returning. The unit was clean and well maintained. We travelled with 3 other couples and they said our unit was the best. We were there on St. Paddy's day and had a blast (green fountain and green beer). They also had concerts every Sunday. Highly recommend this property. Owner great. Nice to work with. Great restaurants, great shopping and lots to see.
