About Jay Vetter
We retired to Estes Park in 2013 after living in Nebraska for 40 years.
Jay Vetter purchased this Studio in 2009
Why Jay Vetter chose Estes Park
The property includes a home in which we live and garage with a loft apartment above it in addition to the cottage. We bought it as our retirement home because of its location and great mountain views. We have vacationed here regularly since 1970 and have always wanted to spend more time here.
What makes this Studio unique
We appreciate that we have extra space for family to visit and are also able to generate a little extra income while welcoming guests who love this area as much as we do.

Perfect for our family
This cabin was just what we were looking for! Good location and had everything we needed!
Great Cabin Getaway
Wonderful cabin in a beautiful mountain setting. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and close to all of Estes Park. Our only regret was we did not stay long enough this trip. We will definitely try to book this property again.
Perfect cottage! Super clean, great location- backs up to RMNP and a 5 min drive to downtown Estes. Jay the owner is incredibly nice and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!
Good place to stay in Estes Park
Relaxing and wonderful! Just what we needed!
This was just the perfect place for what we wanted in order to disconnect and unwind and relax and enjoy the Rocky Mt. Park! Jay was a wonderful host and the cabin was immaculate and had all we needed! Perfect location to get to the park, restaurants, peace and quiet and walking distance to a great restaurant! We will be back!
Everything went well. The communication with Jay, easy access to RMNP, a clean well equipped cabin and a short walk to The Rock Inn Mountain Tavern.
