The condo is bright and designed with relaxation in mind. Facing West and North, the afternoon sun allows for lazy afternoons and beautiful sunsets. There is an oversized private balcony with a large dining table and six chairs making it perfect for al-fresco dining. Views feature Palos Verdes, the Terminal Island Bridge and many palm trees. The condo is located on the second floor allowing for easy access.
There is a new fully equipped stainless steel kitchen which includes:

Pots and pans, custom pantry, small appliances and all linens are included. The kitchen lighting features low-voltage florescent bulbs.
The master bedroom features an en-suite bath complete with graniite counters, dual sinks and a glassed in shower. There is also an exhaust fan with lighting on dimmers.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and also has granite counters. All linens are provided. There is also an exhaust fan with lighting on dimmers.
In the master bedroom there is a new King size bed. All linens are provided. In addition are custom closet organizers. The master bedroom is carpeted. There is an operational window allowing for fresh air. Custom black-out blinds. Views.
The second bedroom has a new Queen size bed. All linens provided. Closet organizers including full length hanging in the closet. This bedroom is also carpeted. There is an operational window here too, allowing for fresh air. Custom black-out blinds. Views.
The living room has a custom sofa and a large glass and brass vintage coffee table. There is additional custom and vintage seating. The living room can seat 6 or 7 comfortably. There is a flat panel HDTV with loads of channels in the living room. High speed Internet is located throughout the condo. An operable window allowing for fresh air is also located in the living room. The living room is carpeted. Views.
The dining area has a teak table which opens to accomodate family and friends. There are 6 dining chairs.
The condo has both heating and air conditioning for your enjoyment.
All lighing in the living room, dining area, entry and hallway are on dimmers.
The flooring in both bathrooms and the kitchen is tile.

Like a 5 star hotel
We love this condo. I recently stayed here as my business took me to downtown Long Beach for two months. My wife joined me for the last two weeks. She loved walking to everything including the movies, shopping and the aquarium. The condo is bright and sunny with comfortable furniture and wonderful decoration. The quite location and friendly staff made staying here our only choice from now on when business takes us to Long Beach!
Ideally Located Condo in Long Beach
We spent the month of June here. Right from the beginning the owner, Tom, was very helpful with everything. He even put together a folder with information on local restaurants and tourist spots in the area. The condo was fully stocked and successfully met all of our needs. The building itself had so many wonderful amenities and the staff was very friendly. We did not rent a car so the location was perfect. We could walk almost anywhere and public transportation was only a few blocks away. Highly recommend this place!
The best rental in Long Beach!
We recently stayed at Tom’s downtown Long Beach condo and were sad to leave. It’s wonderfully decorated and the kitchen as everything we need to cook. Everything was clean and in working order. The building is first class and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we loved the blackout shades in both bedrooms. Lots of extra supplies in the kitchen and baths.
Beautiful well kept condo in a ideal location with an ideal owner
The owner is fabulous to deal with. He is delightful and always there to help and answer your questions. This is our second stay at the condo and I guess that speaks highly enough of the owner and the accommodations. The apartment is beautifully appointed and very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are a joy, very large with all the appointments you could want. The building is fabulous and the people at the front desk are warm and wonderful. Both the owner and building employees make you feel right at home. My daughter lives in Long Beach and when we visit for a month or a more extended period I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. We love walking to restaurants, the movies and shops. My grandchildren love the Ferris wheel and Carousel at The Pike just behind the condo, as well as the Long Beach Aquarium also walking distance. We love this condo and would definitely stay again.
superb city living and fabulous experience
Fantastic condo with everything imaginable at your fingertips. Location is so convenient to tons of restaurants as well as the marina and beach. The building is immaculate and everyone including the staff are friendly and warm. The unit itself is very spacious and the owner is incredibly organized and was available for any questions we had before and during our stay. We enjoyed meeting the bike path right outside the building and loved being able to explore the downtown area. Our dog was very well received and felt right at home. It was so convenient to have the two covered parking spots guaranteed and included. Overall we would highly recommend a stay at this property.
Great Condo, Great location, Fantastic Owner!!
This Condo is in a great location - central to everything, and feels safe to walk around. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Fantastic for us - a family with 1 teenage son. Plenty to do without even leaving the condo building. Game room with pool table was a big hit for the boys, and the pool and hot tub area with barbecues is gorgeous. We have had such a great time. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were all very professional. Add to this the fact that the owner has thought of everything possible to make us feel at home. We met him at the condo and he gave us all the information we could want about the neighbourhood. He is very knowledgeable about Southern California and also helped with suggesting some great tourist destinations. Parking here was also easy. We simply cannot say enough about our stay here. We will miss waking up in this beautiful space filled with light and comfort. There is no doubt that this is the nicest California rental that we have had to date. We highly recommend this condo, and will definitely stay here again.
Activity and Interests
The unit is close to the best of everything Long Beach has to offer! The Long Beach Convention Center, the Pike Marketplace, the Aquarium, and the Catalina Express, are all within walking distance. The trendy Pine Street corridor is just three blocks away, and many restaurants, shopping, cinemas and the Long Beach Performiing Arts Center are all within walking distance. The building is conveniently located at the end of the 710 freeway so getting to places in and around Southern California including Disneyland, Universal Studios, the Long Beach Airport, Hollywood, Pasadena, Beaches, Orange County and the South Bay is very easy. The terminus of the Blue Line is also three blocks away making commuting to downtown Los Angeles and Union Station also very easy. This is the perfect location to start or end your stay in Southern California.
The new 'Outlets at The Pike' is a new hub for LA County and now includes Restoration Hardware and H & M Clothing among others.
The Blue Line Metro system is three blocks away. Take to metro to Union Station in Downtown LA and from there to Pasadena and beyond.
Clearly, this location has some of the best weather, shopping, sightseeing, bars, restaurants, music venues, movie theatres and attractions in Southern California. So many walkable and safe areas at your doorstep.
Easy freeway access to both the 710 (Long Beach Freeway) and over both the Terminal Island and Vincent Thomas Bridges and ports of Long Beach and LA to the 110 (Harbor Freeway).
Plus, easy airport pick up and drop off at Long Beach Airport (home of Jet Blue) LAX and Orange County Airport.
