Wonderful retreat!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Cozy Cabin. Its exactly as advertised. The cabin is roomy and has everything you need for preparing meals and relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The surroundings are peaceful and it has easy access to the lake. We especially enjoyed the canoe and paddling around the lake in the evening. You are only 15 minutes from Lake George and easy access to the freeway if traveling north up to Ticonderoga or other sights. The lake is shallow by the dock so its easy for the kids to play in the water or swim. The hammock was really nice too!

Owner's Response: We appreciate this wonderful review of our camp. Just to clarify- the camp is located on the Hudson River in the town on Lake Luzerne. This is a common error made by guests as we are located near the bay of the river giving it the appearance of a lake.

Great location, close to necessities, but feels like you're so far away from it all!

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 4 really enjoyed the camp. The location was great, and the house was super clean. Coleen was very responsive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the doc, and got plenty of use out of the kayaks and the canoe. The cottage itself was very warm and cozy, and we truly felt right at home immediately.

The drive to lake George was about 15 minutes, maybe a bit more, but very manageable. We enjoyed sightseeing, and visiting all the shops in LG. We absolutely loved The Caldwell House for dinner! Amazing place!

A great place all around, with no complaints to be had!

You won't be sorry if you book this rental!!

Amazing place to unwind

  • 5 of 5

Coleen and John's cabin is a tranquil, wonderful, peaceful place where you can just unwind and relax. They are wonderful, responsive hosts who quickly answered my multitude of questions. There was a bottle of wine and beautiful flowers to greet us when we arrived. Our stay could not have been better. The cabin is perfect and we look forward to returning again next year. Thank you.

Perfect Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely stunning cabin. Me and my fiancé had an amazing time at Cozy Camp! Pictures do not do any justice for the views and sights, they're simply amazing. Cabin has everything you need for a weekend away or a full week stay. John and Coleen were so helpful with the whole booking process, the bottle of wine and fresh flowers was an unexpected surprise as well. Only 15 mins to Lake George and the north way. Definitely will come back here in the future!
