Comfortable and convenient

I met my sons and one of their wives for a long-overdue vacation. It was a little farther south than where we normally stay but that turned out to be a good thing! San Juan Capistrano is a bit quieter than the Newport area, with plenty of shops, restaurants and uncrowded beaches. On the days we did want to go to Anaheim and Newport it was extremely easy to hop on the highway. We felt like we got there in no time. It's also fun to hop on the Pacific Coast Highway and make your way through all the towns along the coast. This home is absolutely lovely! It's at the end of a quiet street in a well-kept neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, hair dryers, towels & chairs for the beach. There are two grocery stores within 5 minutes and the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure for hanging out and cooking together. Three bedrooms allowed us each to have privacy. We spent many hours in the comfortable living room catching up and planning our days. The hosts were very accessible by text, answering every question right away. I absolutely recommend this place to a family looking for peace & quiet, and also convenience to many of the attractions that draw us all to California. Thank you, RnR,

Amazing place to stay in San Juan Capistrano

We had a fantastic time at the townhouse. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked with spices, etc. The patio, with a great grill, was delightful. The beds were very comfortable. The open doors and windows allowed for a great breeze all the time. The bathrooms/showers were first rate. The area is very safe, private and quiet. Although we didn't use the community pool, we did walk by it several times. It was very clean and welcoming. It was just like home away from home!

The hosts/owners were very accommodating. The write-up they did on house rules and use was very easy to understand and answered most questions we had. When we did have a question, they responded very quickly. We couldn't have asked for anything more from our hosts/owners!

The next time we are in the area, we would want the very same place!

Lovely home in San Juan

This is our second time staying here and, as always, the only thing nicer than the house are the owners, Rick and Rose. Great place to stay if you are going to the beach, riding your bike or just enjoying CA. We stay here for the month and are always happy with the accommodations and the near by movie theaters and restaurants - this year we added bike riding to surfing on our days off and had a delightful time. Parking is limited, so large vehicles will park on the street, but it is a private and quiet neighborhood, so this wasn't an issue for us. Would stay here again.

A nice neighborhood close to beach and marina.

There were several maintenance issues that arose during 3-month stay, but the owners were very pleasant and responded promptly. Overall, a very comfortable place.

no air conditioner or ceiling fans in all the rooms. Very hot and unable to sleep when inside the house temperatures were 86 weather during the night. Do not recommend during hot season no fans were provided in home had to purchase 5 fans to circulate air. Owner also didn't refund entire deposit because we had one extra guest visit us... However when booking there is not a charge per guest its all inclusive. Serious ant problems....needs a professional ant treatment. Had to spray for ants 3x during stay and find ant repellent so my child wasn't stung. Ants invade kitchen are uncontrollable.

Owner's Response: We only heard good things from Armando during his stay and would have done anything in our power to correct any unsuitable situation. However, we establish rental rates based on number of guests, for one thing. When we had to adjust Armando's rate after the fact, he gave us a bad review. We sincerely regret the occurrence, but we believe that we respond promptly and accurately to any guest requests , and believe that the other reviews of our rental property support that fact. Fantastic place to stay

My wife, 2 dogs and I stayed at Casa Bella for 1 week and we loved it. It's a corner unit, so it's very private. Several patio areas. Nice view. Impeccably remodeled. Would definitely return.
