Can't wait to go back!

  • 5 of 5

We already miss this place! It's a quiet neighborhood, everything is clean, and the view of the water/sunrise/sunset is spectacular. Claire was a fabulous host! This is a short drive away from downtown Plymouth and the tip of the Cape. Hope we can go back again!

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!!! Part II.

  • 5 of 5

This was my fourth stay at Claires' cottage. It gets harder and harder to leave every time.

The weather was perfect, the atmosphere of the cottage was beyond perfect.

We experienced sunrises that would take your breath away. When the fog rolled in, we were so in awe of mother nature. At night, the skies were clear enough to view the harvest moon and airplanes high in the sky coming from Logan.

But, the highlight of our vacation was the hospitality and attention we received from our host, Claire. Thank you for everything. See you in May!!!

It Just Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!!!

  • 5 of 5

This is my third stay at Claire's cottage, and certainly will not be my last. I'm already planning my next trip.

Location is ideal, as everything on the Cape is within an hour or two away.

The town of Wareham is homey, peaceful and friendly.

And, then there's Claire! You arrive as strangers, and depart as life-long friends. Delightful, accommodating and informative, from local cuisine or how to drive on the rotaries!!!

Thank you, Claire for a wonderful vacation and great memories.

Owner's Response: Thank you Dotttie, you and Bert are always most welcomed guests. It really gives me a good feeling to know that my guests are comfortable and happy in my cottage. My getting to meet so many beautiful and genuine people from our country and parts of the world has been one of the best experiences of my life. Thanks Dottie for your kind remarks. Claire

Comfy, relaxing vacation home

  • 5 of 5

We vacationed here with our children and four grandsons. One daughter, her husband and their 13 month old son came just for a day. We all enjoyed this wonderful vacation home. Our grandsons absolutely loved the beach and catching little crabs, digging In the sand and wading in the water. The house was perfect for all of us. I especially liked the set up of the kitchen area. preparing meals was great. The open kitchen, dining and living area made it much easier to keep an eye on the little ones while being busy in the kitchen.

Claire was wonderful. She had many suggestions for places to eat, a playground close by to bring the boys to. Any thing we needed, she made sure it was there. We enjoyed this place so much, we are returning in July.

Owner's Response: Hi Darlene, Thank you so much for your review. I wasn't expecting it and when I read it, I was really happy to hear that your family enjoyed it so much. I as well am looking forward to your return in July to enjoy the cottage for a week this time. I was quite surprised at the condition of the cottage when you guys left, it looked like no one had even been there; there really was not much for me to do for the next party coming in. Thanks again Darlene, its always nice to make new friends. Claire

Beautiful getaway cottage

  • 5 of 5

Claire met us at the door of a picturesque New England cottage. The property is clean and well maintained with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Even our spoiled family dog was able to make herself at home almost immediately. Claire is charming and attentive hostess, that was kind enough to offer us tips and coupons for local restaurants and attractions. We had a wonderful family vacation, will definitely be back.

Great vacation! Great location!

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed here three times and each time, we have had just an amazing vacation. This last time we stayed here, Claire took us all out on her tugboat. My two children, husband and I had a great time (even with the very choppy water). We look forward to returning this summer with our third child. The sunrises and views are my favorite part. It's also so close to major attractions that our family has plenty to look forward to. Besides the fishing, crabbing, boating and swimming off the beach in the backyard.
