About Kim Page
I have lived in Fernandina Beach for over 40 years and have seen it grow from a sleepy shrimping village to a world-renowned resort area. Fortunately, the northern end of Amelia Island has retained its history and charm. Although I have traveled extensively, there is no place that I would rather call home.
Kim Page purchased this Cottage in 2009
Why Kim Page chose Amelia Island
Kim's Cottage is located on the northern end of the island, one block from "Main Beach" and its playground and green spaces. There are lifeguards present from May through Labor Day. Centre Street and historic downtown Fernandina Beach as well as Fort Clinch and several parks and playgrounds are all a few minutes walk away.
What makes this Cottage unique
The cottage is a stand alone house and not a condo, so you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors or elevators around you. It is quaint, beautifully decorated and clean. You can sit on the deck and watch the beachgoers by day and the stars and lights on the shrimp boats by night. It is the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family. Very beautiful cozy little home! We were down for July 4th and we had the best seats from the front deck. Will definitely be back!

Nice quick visit
We came down for a few days for Spring Break. Overall the place met our needs for a quick visit.
Thank you for reviewing my beach cottage. I hope that you enjoyed yourselves despite the inclement weather. If there is anything that I can do to make upcoming stays better, please feel free to contact me directly. I really do appreciate the feedback!
We stayed in the cottage for 6 weeks and very much enjoyed it. It was spotless and roomy enough that we hosted a pot-luck supper with 14 people while we were there. Kim was friendly and helpful. We'll be back.
Thanks so much for your kind review Debbie! I'm so happy that you enjoyed your visit to our cottage and even happier that you will be back. You were lovely guests!
