Clean and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located at Season 4 complex. Unit is close to all amenities including pool, spa, sauna, ping pong and pool table. Shuttle stop conveniently located across the street.
Features include 37' flat screen tv and DVD with HD and Digital service in the family room. TV and DVD in master bath and TV in second bedroom. Watch football in HD. Sports channels include NFL Network, Golf Channel and several ESPN channels. For the kids, there is Disney, Nick Jr. Nick Toon, Teen Nick, and Disney XD. HBO included in family room.
Unit has been recently remodeled with updated kitchen cabinets/flooring; bathrooms recently remodeled with granite counters, maple cabinets and flooring; living room has new sofa, loveseat and chair, bedrooms have new bedding and window coverings.

The condo is in a great location with easy shuttle access. It's right across the street. It's also a short walk to the village for dining and shopping. It's cozy and comfortable with all of amenities. There is a spa onsite, but we did not use it so we cannot comment on it, though it is the next building over and a short walk. This condo is a great value. Would stay here again.
This neat cabin worked well for my family (2 adults & 2 kids, 4 & 6). The location is good. Easy access to Canyon Lodge. The cabin itself is well maintained, clean and neat. It has all the things we needed throughout our stay. The locker at Canyon Lodge is a plus since we have two kids with us. We plan to come back again soon!
The positives first. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels, complementary soap, shampoo in both bathroom was a bonus. Both bathrooms were the best part of this unit. The bed I slept in was comfortable. close to canyon lodge. Now the not so positive. The unit was dated. The couch and love seat were worn and uncomfortable. The coffee maker was old and unpleasant looking. And the carpet was not nice, it might have been clean but you couldn't tell. This unit needs updating. The seasons 4 property is old and the front office shows that age, it also could use some rehab.
I wouldn't recommend this unit because there are nicer properties in mammoth that are not much more in price.
The unit was clean, and location is great. The size and lay out of the unit was good. Would stay here again. We did not get into unit till about 4:30pm as it was still being cleaned.
We stayed here (two couples) in October, while exploring the eastern Sierra. It served as a very nice base for us.
The condo was clean and simple - nothing fancy, but comfortable and nicely located in Mammoth. It was a far better and less expensive option than staying in a hotel or motel. The rates here were far better than the motel options in Lee Vining or June Lakes, and it was much nicer to have the kitchen, dining and living room spaces for socializing.
The "cleaning fee" was somewhat high, and you were (are) required to purchase a "damage insurance" policy (non-refundable) or put up a $1,500 (yes, one thousand five hundred dollars) deposit.
It's in a great location, nice condo, but needs minor updates like new carpet, fan in the bathroom needs maintenance. Other than that it was clean, comfortable and felt like home! Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back again.
