Why Pat McGee chose Rehoboth Beach

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
The location of the house is great. It is well stocked but you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. The outdoor closet provided sufficient beach umbrellas and chairs for our party. There is also an air mattress in the house that proved to be useful. Nice place to spend a long weekend by the beach.
Great place for families
Lovely space for family reunion that we just had. Nicely furnished.
My family loved the place. It was clean, practical and well furnished. The fact that we had 3 full bathrooms was outstanding. The swimming pool is 3 min walking distance and its a large size pool. My kids loved it. The condo is only 8 min drive from the beach. Great location. Beautiful environment.
Better Than the Pictures
My family (3 adults, 2 small children) had a very nice stay at 715 Spring Lake. The townhouse was easy to find, clean and very comfortable. It’s probably the first rental I’ve stayed in that was nicer than it looked in pictures! The pool is well maintained & was never crowded so we were able to find a shady spot every time we went. The toddler pool was a big bonus for us!
The directions & instructions provided were very thorough so check in & out was smooth and easy.
I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet spot that’s near, but not quite at, the beach.
Thank for the recommendation. 715 Spring Lake is close to everything but nestled in a quiet community surrounding a lake. It provides quick access to downtown, the boardwalk and beach and a quiet respite from the beach crowds.
Perfect Spot to visit Rehoboth and surrounding area
My party was very pleased with the property. All was as advertised and Pat was easy to communicate with. It is located in a quiet community that is so close to the beaches. I highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting to visit Rehoboth/Dewey/Lewes.
We love staying at Spring Lake! Convenient, quiet, and perfect accommodations!
Could not have expressed it better. Hope all our guests enjoy staying at 715 Spring Lake.
