Drive, bicycle or walk to famous Vanderbilt Beach, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Wiggins Pass State Park or just work on your tan around the heated swimming pool located in the screened in courtyard surrounded by an 8 foot wall. Walkouts to courtyard from living room, master bedroom and second queen bedroom. Minimum rental period is 3 nights. Minimum age to rent this property is 25 years.

It's every northerner's dream to retire in the sunny south, so with retirement from a career in the music industry looming I took the opportunity to fulfill that dream and buy a place in beautiful Naples. Being Canadian, though, I am limited in the number of days I can enjoy it, so I choose to make the house available to visitors from around the world. Travellers from the US, Canada, Argentina, Germany, Spain and other countries have all enjoyed staying there, with many guests returning year after year.

Florida is all about water and beaches. One of Naples' best beaches, Vanderbilt Beach, is just a short drive or bicycle ride away, with no major roads to cross to get there. Also, the Mercato shopping, dining, movie and nightclub hub is just minutes away. A little further down the road is downtown Naples with it's famous 5th Avenue and 3rd Street dining areas.
One of the best features of my house is the enclosed courtyard. Entirely under screened lanai, the courtyard surrounds the pool and patio and ensures absolute privacy, and when the temperature is not too hot, opening the french doors onto the patio nearly doubles the size of the house.

This house was very clean and had good sized rooms, nice pool, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of linens. We were a group of adults that were working at a golf tournament at Tiburon, so the location was perfect for us. We didn't have much time for beach or pool, but did make it to watch sunset one evening, very nearby. Lindsay was very thorough and easy to communicate with. We just had one minor issue with a faulty light fixture, which we just tolerated. Otherwise, couldn't ask for more.
We really enjoyed staying here again this fall and we would recommend this place to anyone! Perfect place for a family, We will be back! Thanks, Lindsay!
I'm very happy that I chose this property. My family and I had a wonderful time. It is close to two lovely beaches, retail of all sorts, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and clean. My son has allergies and he had no issues. It was stocked with everything that you need for a day at the beach and also for cooking meals. The yard offers complete privacy. It was very relaxing to eat outside and lounge around near the pool. Perfect for families!
Everything is good and clean in the house ,we enjoyed everything in the house,in a good location and close to the supermarket and the beaches,and communication to the owner all the time,we would love to go back again.Thanks for everything.
Everything was wonderful. The home has been well maintained. We're foodies and appreciated the kitchen, appliances, utensils, cookware, the nice Weber gas grill, etc. We appreciated the available beach chairs and umbrella - we had some hot sun and with the provided beach gear we looked like locals (minus the tan). Delnor Wiggins was about 10 minutes away by the time you paid and parked. Everything was very nice - you won't be disappointed. Lindsay was good to work with - good communication and info for the house. Highly recommend.

Rates are based on season, High: Oct. 15-April 15, Low: April 16-October 14, Saturday to Saturday. $125 cleaning fee extra. Taxes (10%) extra. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Special Christmas - New Year rates, Dec. 18- Jan. 7., $1150/week, minimum 2 weeks.
Minimum age to rent this property is 25 years.
