Enjoy all the comforts of home in this Bright & Beautiful completely remodeled beach cottage located on a car free beach with a beautiful ocean view. This 2 story town home offers approx. 1600sf of living space, including a 1 car garage, indoor laundry room, and wonderful living space throughout!!
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a eat in dining area. The
living room is tastefully appointed and steps out to a wonderful outdoor patio for cool afternoon reading
and or dining in the afternoon shade. It, too, offers a view of the ocean in 2 directions.
Every room has been completely remodeled including a beautiful Master suite with a tempurpedic king bed and a balcony with a wonderful ocean view.
The guest suite has its own private bath. It has a pair of twin beds. .
Both bedrooms have cable-connected flat screen TV’s and are very private, located upstairs.
For your convienence there are 2 full size air matress's. Absolutly NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT!!!
My husband and two children stayed at this town home unit in June 2014. We are very familiar with this town home complex because we are considering purchasing a unit here. Therefore I can share with you the many positives of choosing this location for your NSB vacation. For us, the "no drive" part of the beach is important. It is much more relaxing, especially with children, when you don't have to worry about cars driving by. The beach in front of this complex is deep so there is plenty of room and the sand is powdery and perfect. The sand becomes more "shelly" as you go further south toward Bethune (couple of miles south). The distance to the pool and beach from this unit is minimal- allowing you to keep your beach set up all day (umbrella, chairs, etc) and freely go back and forth between the beach, pool and town home unit for lunch, bathroom breaks, etc. Also, because these are town homes and not a big condo complex, there are only a few vacationers on the beach so no crowded beach! Make sure you go out the beach at night with a flashlight and check out the sand crabs. Also, there is a great breakfast place right across the street (C's waffles). The grocery (Publix) is nearby and there are plenty of close restaurants. You should also head south about 2 miles to JB's Fishcamp and go kayaking (you will likely see manatees) and have lunch at their restaurant. You can also fish off of their pier. This is a fabulous town home complex and Laurel is very accommodating and friendly to work with.
Property had been updated and was well equipped with all the little things I usually have to buy...like plastic wrap, coffee filters, paper towels and TP! I don't think I've ever seen SO many towels in a condo! Master bed was super comfy! Very clean and great location. I missed a clear "front row" view of the ocean but I would definitely stay again.

I did a ton of research before I found this hidden gem! The owner was quick with her responses and very helpful.
First, the house is only one condo back from the beach/ocean and you can see and hear the ocean from the master bedroom patio and from the living room.
Second, the condo was nicely decorated, updated and beautiful! It was right off the beach, close to the pool and nice and quiet.
It was great that I was able to bring my dog with me..It really meant the world to me to be able to bring him on this amazing 3 day vacation!
I will be booking this place again before May :)
We had a wonderful family vacation. The Condo was perfect! Very clean with everything you need for a stay at the beach! We were very comfortable (and slept well too - beds very comfortable).
The beach is just a short walk (you can see it from the condo) and the beach was not crowded at all. Pool was very clean.
Restaurants and shops are very close, within driving distance. Grocery store, fish market, French bakery and C's waffles all close.
Owner was very nice and wonderful. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend staying here.
What a wonderful location.... literally steps to the beach. Everything was as pictured/described. The owner was fantastic and provided outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again.
The location is nice.... walking distance to the market, short drive to restaurants. With this being in a smaller community (and not a high-rise), the beach isn't crowded at all, which is really nice.
The unit was clean and spacious, really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.
Before we address the home, the location was awesome. The beach is soo close. We would walk the beach every other day for 5 miles round trip to Flager Avenue. The patio area was private with the planting screen which was great when you sat out. In the morning, we would sit out on the adirondack chairs and watch the sunrise into the clouds.
When we opened the door, the property was just how pictured on the website. The tile floors were beautiful and easy to care for and the master bedroom bathroom was tiled as well with a tiled walk-in shower. The master bed was very comfortable a tempurapedic mattress. It was great having a powder room on the first floor which was beautifully tiled as well. The kitchen was set-up with sufficient counterspace and easy to prepare and cook meals.
Beach chairs and beach towels were available as well. You have to go to Daytona and try Auntie Catfish, and we enjoyed PJ Seafood was awesome as well.
