The beachfront condo offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico over pool, manicured landscape, and sandy beaches. The unit also provides southwest exposure with fantastic sunset views. The condo is equiped with internet WIFI. Interior decors have been constantly updated. Latest updates are new appliances.


This condo has a livingroom, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two full baths. It also has a 25 feet by 6 feet balcony overlooking the freeform shape pool, manicured tropicol landscape, natural preserved ocean vegetations, white sandy beach, and Gulf of Mexico.

Marco Island is located 20 minutes drive southwest from Naples, Florida. Naples is full of trendy shops, boutiques, outlet stores and restaurants. Ritz Carlton in Napes is worthy of a visit. Marco Island is about 30 minutes drive northwest from the Everglades of Thousand Islands. These tourist areas offer fishing, airboat rides, swamp buggy rides, sunset cruises and wild life observation in national parks. The Allegator farms provide spectacular sighting of allegators.

Why Grace Cheng chose Marco Island

This property has been upgraded with upscale kitchen equipped with maple wood cabinets, granite counter tops and raised ceiling with crown molding adorned with recess lights. This condo unit has two totally remodeled bathrooms with top of the line vanities, new tiles and all brushed nickel faucets and trimmings. The entire condo is enhanced with brand new porcelain floor tiles, new ceilings without the old pop corn ceilings, and with fresh paint on all walls and wood trims.

This condo is equipped with WIFI. The living room has a 50" HD flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a small HD flat screen as well.

This condo overlooks the breath-taking view of Gulf of Mexico, natural lagoons, white sandy beaches and beautiful free form pool nettled among manicured tropical landscapes.

My two teen age sons enjoyed the Southseas amanities tremendously. They worked out in the exercise room in Tower 3. We all enjoyed swimming in the oversized pool. The views and sunset looking out from the livingroom and balcony were out of this world. The entire complex was neatly maintained with manicured tropical landscapes. We also enjoyed catching fish from the inlet of the Sand Dollar Island and nearby lagoons. We even played some tennis on the clay courts.

Most importantly, the owner, Grace was most accommodating in supplying points of interests, and info on restaurants and local fun places for us to go prior to our arrival. The condo's pleasant updated decor made us feel comfortable and cozy when stayed in. We enjoyed very much vacationing in Marco Island and the accommodations that this condo and Southseas complex offered. This was truly one of our more enjoyable vacations.

It has a southwest exposure by day and views of sunsets. The premises entertain swimmers, sun worshippers and tennis players with a beautiful freeform larger than Olympic sized pool, clayed tennis courts, fitness center, and boat docks. Internet WiFi and cable are available in the unit. The gated community offers well maintained grounds with a tropical flair. A four mile long and very wide white sandy beach is a haven for sun worshipers, walkers, runners, sea-shellers, bird-watchers and beach combers. One can enjoy boating, parasailing, jet-skiing and golfing nearby.

Great location but buyer beware

Buyer beware…a portion of your security deposit will be deducted for laundry even though the rental agreement states that "normal dirty laundry for towels or linens is expected". My family used one towel per person and one set of sheets per bed which most certainly meets the “normal dirty laundry” clause in the rental agreement and yet a portion of our security deposit was deducted for “extra towels and laundry cost”. Location is ideal, right on the beach. Loved having tennis and pickleball courts on the property. The sofa bed is older and uncomfortable. Sheets were stained and worn. Unfortunately I would think twice before renting this property again as I wouldn’t know what I would end up being charged for after the fact since the rental agreement was inaccurate in our case.

Owner's Response: This family that rented my condo has 2 adults and three teenage sons. I charged them the rental as I would to a couple of 2. I could have charged more for accommodating three extra people. I agreed to rent it to them thinking that they would not use up all the towels including all the beach towels in the linen closet. In my rental agreement, I specified that renters must do their own laundry during the week you were staying. At the end of stay, there should be one set of towels per person. My condo is a owner operated unit in a resort community, but it is not a hotel. I only charged $20.00 for the extra laundry for a family of five. This was the cost of my cleaners charged me. In order not to spend more of my time on this top, I agreed to return $10.00 to the renter. Readers, please draw your own conclusions on this incident. By the way, my entire condo was only renovated a year ago: 1. Brand new kitchen with raised tray ceilings and recess lights. 2. All kitchen and bathroom cabinets are custom-made high quality maple wood. All counter tops are granite with under-mounted sinks. All hardwares are brushed nickel. 3. Two brand new bath rooms with new walls, new cabinets, new counter tops, light fixtures, faucets and toilets. 3. The pop corned ceiling of the entire unit was removed and re-plastered. 4. All floors in the condo including the bath rooms were replaced with porcelain Italian trendy large square tiles. I also provided beach towels and beach chairs which are normally not included in the rental.

Beautifull Condo and Destination!!!!

Would like to describe the condo as being absolutely beautiful, with a very scenic view of the beach. It also contains a very large balcony, where you can sit and enjoy!!! It was very well maintained with lovely furniture. The pool area was also clean and lovely

The Marco Island area, also had wonderful restaurants, stores, and other amenities.

I would like to recommend to anyone seeking a vacation on the West Coast of Florida.

We were very please with the accomidations. The location was ideal with the views of the gulf, pool and sunsets. It was comfortable and homey and well stocked with necessities. The complex was well maintained. The owner proved great customer service. She was very personable and responsive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay at South Seas.
