So you can head up even if you have just a day or two to make the most of everything the area has to offer: Hiking Trails. If you love the great outdoors, don’t miss the opportunity to witness nature’s bounty up close and personal. - Whether your goal is fitness or fun, the trails in San Bernardino County National Forest are sure to please - Or just a hike among the trees in the woods right outside your Mountain Cottage Door.

Very polite and friendly owners. Could use an update of unit to include a smart TV, reorganization/additions of kitchen goods (full size coffee pot, etc.,) replacement of all expired condiments and snacks. Towels were very crunchy and blankets could be changed out. Overall we had a good stay and loved the visit to Lake Arrowhead.
Lovely Cottage in the Pines
We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cabin/cottage. It was the perfect size for the two of us and very comfortable. We spent most of the weekend on the deck/patio. Everything was in perfect condition and the place was spotless. There were a number of extra touches that went above and beyond. (Fruit and muffins waiting for us, etc.) We'll definitely visit again!
Everything you need in one spot.
Great stay. The cottage was very clean, and had everything you would expect when renting in this area. very scenic and tranquil place. Just minutes away from so many scenic areas. We would definitely stay again in the future.
Relaxing place to spend a couple of days
A comfortable mountain home.
We were very happy to have found this cute and comfortable cabin. When we arrived, there were snacks on the table. There are new, working shades on every window, giving you control over viewing the forest or privacy. There is a generous library of books and movies, and friendly Californian decor. We put 4 stars and not 5 for cleanliness only because the generous assortment of pillows and blankets were slightly dusty. But it was a great stay, with several happy hours on the deck, enjoying the forest. A lovely place!
