Come and enjoy a yourselves in beautiful Westport, Massachusetts. A country setting by the ocean. Could you ask for more!

Let us share our dream home with you. Stay and relax in this pastoral country getaway with bucolic farms and pristine ocean beaches. This is the perfect spot for a quiet weekend relaxing on the deck watching the sunset over the fields or napping in the hammock under apple trees listening to the birds. It's so lovely you won't need to leave the property.

Westport is a food lovers dream location; shop at local farm stands or the farmer'smarket and come home to cook your local foods, sip your local wine or beer in our country kitchen with everything the gourmet cook needs.

You may want to bring your friends and family for a reunion. Enjoy big dinners-- there is room for 12 around our big family dinner table.

If you want to go out and about you can just walk across the street and visit the Westport Rivers Vineyard and Winery for a tour and tasting and you can enjoy the live music events on a Friday evening in the summer. And of course, there are the beaches and rivers for all of your water activities. There is much to do both locally or within a short drive. See the historic sights and explore the fine restaurants of Newport, Providence and Boston.

A wonderful spot

Despite temperatures plunging to record lows outside the house remained very comfortable and cozy throughout our stay. It's easy to access from the highway, yet affords welcome privacy. The best of Westport is close by; beaches, restaurants, etc.

The perfect Westport Rental!

This house is absolutely stunning! The right things are updated while it still had the old cottage/farmhouse charm. I loved how the owners decorated. The house was clean and bright, the kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed during our stay. The backyard area is breathtaking... we spent much of our time outside!

The house is also located right across the street from the Westport winery! We enjoyed the wine tasting and live music on Friday night. The Buzzard's Bay brewery is right down the street as well, and homemade ice cream a mile away.

We hope that the owners still rent this gem in 2020, we would love to come back for our 5 year anniversary :)

Family gathering

We rented the house for a weekend for a family gathering. The house was perfect! All the rooms are well furnished in a nice airy old New England style. The main floor has an open layout that overlooks the beautiful grounds and the adjacent farm land. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor space was great too with grills, fire pit, seating area, hammock, games, and plenty of room to enjoy the sunset. The owner was very responsive. Thanks for sharing your home!

Westport Farm Views - Agri-Tourism

My family and I spent an absolutely lovely time in Westport back in July. The house is all that is described, and more. It is such a warm, relaxing home, and allowed for us to spend time with extended family who lives in the area. The property is just beautiful, and the owners obviously make it a welcoming spot for all by providing every essential that one could possibly need.

The property was as welcoming outside as it was inside. Our girls, 7 & 10, loved playing in the yard and swinging in the hammock (a real hit with all the kids), taking showers in the outdoor shower on a hot sunny afternoon, after a day playing with cousins at the beach. We loved entertaining family members at the outdoor grille, and sitting and watching the sunset from the master suite deck!!

The gourmet kitchen was just spectacular, with every appliance that one would need. No need to pack or buy anything more than food.

The owners were always prompt in their responses to emails, and meeting our needs. We would very highly recommend this property and will consider a return. We feel fortunate that we came across this property when searching for a place to rent.

Staying in this home was a treat. You could tell the owners really wanted you to enjoy their home as much as they do!! We did.

Guests shall only use the Premises as a residence. The premises shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade, without prior written consent of Owner. Guests will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes of the Town of Westport and County of Bristol in the State of Massachusetts.

No Sub-Lease
Tenant is not allowed to transfer lease to any party not on rental agreement.

Quiet Enjoyment
Tenants shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right, as long as tenants do not interfere with those rights of other tenants and neighbors and local nuisance laws.

Smoking is NOT allowed in house and no evidence of smoking should be left on outside premises.

People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person(s) visiting the property is the sole responsibility of the guest (tenant).

The units are furnished and equipped by the Owner to owner’s taste. All units are set up for light housekeeping. A basic supply paper goods and cleaning products are be provided as well as linens and towels.
