About Bruce Guyette
I grew up in nearby Carthage, NY and now live outside Middletown in Orange County, NY. I am a high school Math teacher and coach. My mailing address is 118 Millsburg Rd, Middletown, NY 10940
Bruce Guyette purchased this Cottage in 2010
Why Bruce Guyette chose Lake Bonaparte
My grandfather built our first cottage in the 1940's and I have been enjoying Lake Bonaparte my entire life. I owned the original cottage from 1992 to 2010 and eventually sold it to my siblings and built a new cottage next door. My brother also owns the cottage between us. It is a wonderful family atmosphere.

Very nice and clean house. Managmen’s communication and help was excellent
The lake house exceeded our expectations. My wife and I choose this property for a romantic getaway. It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Bruce was very accommodating. The lake was amazing. Excellent fishing and kayaking. We will definitely be back with our kids. Thanks Bruce.
Amazing vacation and perfect house
I was so impressed with Trinity on Baron Bay. the scenery was breathtaking and the lake was so clean. we had a wonderful time it was so peaceful. the house was perfect and very clean. Love the lower and upper deck especially for the view. Would definitely like to return next year. The only thing missing was a portable fire pit everything else was there
Great location and swimming with your family. Nice comfortable cottage with 5 beds. Very clean and close by a small town to grab groceries. Will return again
Thank you Bruce for allowing my coworkers and I to use your wonderful lakehouse as a place to escape the long workdays. The accommodations were fantastic as we had everything we needed. Definitely a great place for any occasion if you’re looking to get off the grid for a few days and enjoy lake side living. Will be back next time I’m in town.
