In addition to our one bedroom/one bath unit, we also help potential Guests find other units (one (1), two (2) and three (3) bedroom units) in the building. As for this unit, it is a fully furnished 1,250 sq. ft. unit with a large wrap-around balcony. It is perfect for a couple or three individuals who want to get away for a week, two weeks or more to relax, play, enjoy spectacular sunsets and, if you choose to leave the sliding glass doors and bedroom window open, you will hear the sound of crashing ocean waves as well as feel the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean.
The unit is located in the fun, vibrant, bustling neighborhood that is full of terrific restaurants (some of the best in all of Vallarta), sports bars where you can watch your favorite team(s), all kinds of specialty shops, beautiful galleries, etc. You are only a short 10 minute walk on the Malecon to downtown. In addition, restaurants are located on the property and there is a bank, internet cafe and convenience store in close proximity. Finally, Lazaro Cardenas Park is in the neighborhood as is an underground parking garage.
The owners have traveled to and vacationed in Puerto Vallarta for over 30 consecutive years. They have owned property in this oceanfront building since 2002. Initially, they owned a smaller one bedroom/one bath unit from 2002-05; however, they sold this unit and purchased a larger one bedroom/one bath corner unit in 2005. They currently live in this condominium four (4) months each year and they rent their unit for dates when they are not in Puerto Vallarta. In addition, they assist numerous other owners in the building who are interested in renting their oceanfront units. If Guests want to vacation on Los Muertos Beach and in Old Town (Romantic Zone) along with being a short walk (5-10 minutes) from downtown Vallarta, this location should appeal to you. You are within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, shops, galleries, and sports bars in Vallarta. You are in the heart of Old Town and such a location brings a special excitement, due to all the activity on Los Muertos Beach, Banderas Bay and on the streets of Olas Altas and Basilio Badillo. There are dance performances, special celebrations and a Saturday morning Farmers Market in the Lazaro Cardenas Park, plus a walk on the Malecon from the adjacent Park to downtown will amaze you at the number of artists, mimes, sand castles, music performers and food stands. As noted above, if you enjoy being in a true Mexican neighborhood that is full of sights, sounds and the aroma from traditional Mexican food stands and restaurants, you have found the right location!

The unit has new double pane sliding glass doors, new mini-split air conditioning units in the living area and the bedroom, Weber BBQ grill, beach chairs, twin bed along with a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoying watching activities on Los Muertos Beach and on Banderas Bay. In addition, two popular restaurants are located in the building so you can order food and drink for around the pool or on the beach or you can carry-in food to your condominium.
