WE ARE NOW RENTING AN ADDITIONAL OCEANFRONT RENTAL ON LOS MUERTOS BEACH...FULL OCEANFRONT...IS NOW OPEN FROM DECEMBER 17, 2016 - JANUARY 5, 2017. REDUCED PER NIGHT PRICE. PLEASE WRITE OR CALL ASAP FOR SPECIAL PRICES!!!!!!! Location, location, location. These three words are commonly used in the buying/selling of real estate since the location of a property is, in many instances, the key to selling and/or renting a property.

This sixth floor, three bedroom, two bath beachfront unit, with terrific views to the south, west and north, is located in arguably the nicest residential building on Los Muertos Beach, in the heart of the Zona Romantica. In addition to this three bedroom unit, I help visitors to Puerto Vallarta find condominiums (one, two and three bedroom units). I welcome inquiries!

As for unit #603-604, it is a spacious, fully furnished unit of over 1,500 sq. ft. with over 30 feet of balcony. One bedroom (oceanfront) has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king bed (mountain/city view) and the third bedroom has a twin and trundle bed combination.

This unit is perfect for a large family or two couples with/without children since it provides sleeping accommodations for up to six individuals. If you want to get away for a week, two weeks or longer to relax, play, enjoy spectacular sunsets, this is a perfect unit. And, if you so desire, you can leave the sliding glass doors open on the oceanside of the unit and hear the waves crash and feel the cool breeze of the Pacific Ocean!

This unit is located in the fun, vibrant, bustling neighborhood that is full of terrific restaurants (some of the best in Vallarta), sports bars where you can watch our favorite team(s), all kinds of specialty shops, beautiful galleries, etc. You are only a short 10 minute walk on the Malecon to downtown. In addition, restaurants are located on the property along with a nearby bank, internet cafe and convenience store. Finally, Lazaro Cardenas Park is in the neighborhood as is an underground parking garage.

The best place to stay. We loved the condo, the view, & location -- so close to bars, restaurants, Andale's. Perfect for 2 couples & 1 single.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport at 12 Miles Car: not necessary

Taxis can pick you up at the front door of the building, a city bus can be boarded just one block away and Los Muertos Beach (annually voted the top beach in Vallarta) is just steps away from your residence.

If you are into water sports, there are a multitude to choose from....parasailing, boating, jet skis, tubing, fishing, whale watching, etc. Equipment and excursions can be booked within walking distance. If golf is your game, there are many championship caliber courses in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta. Or, you can relax by/in the heated pool. Or, you can take a towel and beach chair from the unit and park yourself under an umbrella on the beach with your favorite beverage. Also, beach food/beverage service is available. Some visitors call this paradise while others just say, "This is one great place for a vacation!"

This website requires that we list one rate for each season and/or holiday period. However, our rates are somewhat flexible, depending on the supply and demand, number of Guests wishing to occupy the unit, which season one is interested in renting in, etc. The ranges for this unit are:
Low Season per night rate: $150 - $175
High Season per night rate: $225 - $250
Holiday per night rate: $275 - $300
Monthly Rate: $6,000 - $6,500

High Season - $175-250
Low Season - $150-175
Holiday Rates - $250-275
Monthly Rates are available upon request.
Discounts for 15 or more nights
50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
Rental Agreement will be sent to all clients after verbal/e-mail commitment.

50% deposit check is required at the time the reservation is confirmed. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival in Puerto Vallarta.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
