Another fantastic time was had by all!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay at this charming home! There is so much to do right on the property. We went tubing, played yard games, and then in the evening we enjoyed the games in the lower level. The home is very well equipped and very clean. We will book here again!!!

Fantastic home. One of the nicest rental experiences that I've had in the Grayling area

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful experience. Terry and Charlotte were very easy to work with. The house is in great conditon, and we'll set-up for a group outing.

Great Spot on the Manistee River

  • 5 of 5

Charterallamimac is perfect for kayaking the Manistee. Since the weather was still cooler, we put in at the 612 bridge. Total trip was a little less than 4 hours back to the cabin. If the weather had been warmer, we probably would have started up at the Cameron Rd bridge. For those who don't have their own kayaks or don't want to mess with multiple vehicles, there is a canoe/kayak livery walking distance away (Shel-Haven).

The cabin had everything we needed and more. The sauna was perfect in the cool evenings. We're just disappointed that we didn't have enough time for a Ping-Pong tournament. We would definitely stay here again when back in the Grayling area, but hopefully for longer next time.

Wonderful Family Get a Way

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful home away from home. We had all 11 members of our family stay at this beautiful home on the river . From here we traveled around northern Michigan and returned "home" to a very comfortable and well equipped resting place. We enjoyed the river, playing pool, ping pong, cards, roasting marshmallows over the fire. We hope to return again.

Best Home Away from Home

  • 5 of 5

Despite the 100 mile per hour tornado winds, my family and I had one of the best vacations ever. The home was extremely clean and the amenities were more than enough. I absolutely would stay there again and would love to have this home as my own home. We went canoeing right up the street and if you are a fly fishermen then Would suggest staying here! My husband went fishing right out the back door and the river was a great addition to all the gorgeous scenery. An A+++ all the way

Great location, comfortable cabin.

  • 5 of 5

We spent an early Father's Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great amenities and perfect location - along the Manistee and a short walk to Shel Haven livery. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had plenty of amenities. We look forward to staying here again.

Covered wrap around porch to sit and listen/watch the river go by!There's also a "Finnish" style sauna to relax in after a hard day of fun! Two outdoor firepits, barbeque & picnic table. There is a covered porch that runs along the end of the cabin with plenty of sitting & entertaining room where you can watch "the river flow by". You can rent kayaks or canoes just down the road.
