We needed a 6 month rental near our daughter and her family in Satellite Beach last year. This was the perfect spot! The oceanview is mesmerizing anytime. But sunrise on the lanai, sipping that first cup of coffee made everyday special. Conveniently located within walking/biking distance of Publix, Walgreens, several banks,restaurants,movie theater and other retailers, the beachside lifestyle is easy to embrace without having to drive. But if you must, one garage parking soace is provided for your vehicle. Outside parking for additional vehicles and guests is available.
The spacious master king bedroom has that magnificent ocean view-complete with surf sounds, which we loved.The blackout drapes block the sunshine for those late mornings or lazy afternoon naps.
The unit has a well equipped kitchen and is adequately supplied with linens and towels for beds, bath and beach. The pool is beautiful and sparkling clean with restrooms nearby.The private beach access is a huge bonus and has water for rinsing away the sand after a day in the sun.
The groundfloor clubroom has a nice kitchen and space for small parties. A deposit is required to reserve.
Although this is an older condo building, it is relatively quiet compared to many newer ones. Some streetside noise from the busy HWY A1A traffic can be heard from the other 2 bedrooms, but we all sleep with "sound machines"so it was not a problem for our guests.
Some interior updating has been done(beautiful floors) and Jim, the owner, has plans to do more.Jim was great to work with, always attentive and eager to make us happy.
Watching the cruise ships sail past as we sipped our last glass of champagne on departure day,we said"we are gonna miss this view..." And we do! Thanks, Jim.
I stayed in this great condo for six months through the winter. Everything in the condo is as per the pictures. Everything you need is there! The beach is right off the balcony, easy access from the pool to the beach and you can walk for miles in either direction. Jim was fantastic to work with throughout the process.
There are plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping very nearby.
I recommend this condo wholeheartedly!
