Also available is a new waterfront custom home located on Josie Lane in Hudson Beach. Fully furnished with everything you need for the seasonal stay. Home includes an elevator for those days when you don't feel like walking up the stairs. Very nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 car garage. No pool on this one. The seasonal rate is $2,400 per month, includes all utilities. A truly great deal!

This house is perfect for many different vacation needs. You can fish from the dock, Swim in the pool, go for walks and watch the dolphins. Walk to Sams for dinner and entertainment. Great kitchen for cooking and plenty of space to spread out and relax.
We enjoyed a wonderful month in this beautiful home. The neighbors were all so friendly and the home owner was on top of everything making sure our stay was perfect. Although it was a little too cool (for me) to get in the pool the month we were there, it is in a serene setting in the back yard over looking the canal. I especially enjoyed the quiet mornings sitting out on the back balcony. Perfect location for walking to the beach as well as several restaurants, etc. On top of all of that, our deposit made it to our home even before we did. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. ❤️
owner plays nice until after you get home almost two weeks home receive a call back and he request you to be fair and request to keep your whole deposit after declining his request he still sent a check for only 50 % of my refund....I handled the fleas inside and out, and had to trim bushes to clear the stair way to the front door, good thing we had our own handyman.
overall the home was great, BUT DONT PLAN ON GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this very clean home on a canal. The owner let us move in early, on New Years Eve, so we watched the fireworks from the 3rd floor master bedroom. Awesome views from all the windows in the rental. The home is on a quiet street and within walking distance of 7 restaurants and the beach and is well stocked and very comfortable. The pool heater does not work, which is not necessary in the summer yet needed in the winter and one of the bikes needed new tires, yet the other bike was in good shape. I would recommend this rental to friends and family.
in one word, this house is perfect. We loved the house and loved Hudson Beach. We had a perfect month here and would love to go back and stay longer. You couldn't ask for anything more, or a better owner to deal with.
