The private guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, large closet and direct access to the lanai. Up the stairs is the huge master bedroom hide-away. This spacious bedroom has a king bed and sitting area, full dresser w/mirror and 46 inch flat screen TV. Your private escape includes the largest of the bathrooms with a marbled double sink, freshly tiled tub/shower combo plus a separate rain shower and hair dryer. For storage there is a walk-in closet and, unique to this unit, a private outside open-air lanai to watch that special sunset. All bed linens and towels are provided, as well as starter packs of paper goods, dish soap, laundry soap and bar soap. There is also free secured wifi internet service, HD Comcast cable TV and phone.
Santa Maria boasts about its gorgeous pool area. Directly below you will be the largest heated pool and spa area on the Ft Myers Beach island. The pool area lined with a tanning deck, a whirlpool spa, a bathhouse featuring separate his/hers bathrooms and outside showers. Two gazebo areas flank each side of the pool and provide gas barbecues for those special family get togethers. Beach access is just a short walk to the beautiful, white sand beach. Another short walk takes you to the Santini Marina Plaza for restaurants and shopping, the Fish Tales Marina for boating excursions, which are all next door. There is also a boat slip available for you to rent. Park your boat right out your door.
Ride the trolley to Times Square for 75 cents with a trolley stop in front of the Santa Maria. The new International Airport is only 40 minutes away with taxi and limo service available.

We have just returned from our vacation in Florida and we really enjoyed our time at your condo. After Kissimmee and Miami, it was nice to have a quiet, friendly neighborhood to relax for a few days. We family of 6 enjoyed our stay. A few minute walk to the beach, very nice pool and great views. Owners were very easy to work with. Trolly stop is at the end of the driveway.
Santa Maria is a very clean, quiet and friendly community. The unit we stayed in was well furnished, clean and spacious. The view was amazing looking over the marina and across to the gulf. The pool area was fabulous including the hot tub. The location is perfect, across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The owners are very friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with, which added to the pleasure of our vacation. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to vacation
