This totally remodeled two-story townhome is located in the Santa Maria Harbour Resort on the quiet, south end of Fort Myers Beach. Both floors of this condo has had the original flooring replaced with decorator,18 inch tiles throughout. The newly furnished first floor features the living and dining room, the kitchen with granite counter tops plus full sized washer/dryer, full bath and a large, screened lanai overlooking the pool and docks of the canal. The living room is complete with new furniture including a 55 inch UHD Smart flat-screen TV, DVD player and pull-out queen bed for additional guests plus two swivel/recliners. The private guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, large closet and direct access to the lanai. Up the stairs is the huge master bedroom hide-away. This spacious bedroom has a king bed and sitting area, full dresser w/mirror and 46 inch flat screen TV. Your private escape includes the largest of the bathrooms with a marbled double sink, freshly tiled tub/shower combo plus a separate rain shower and hair dryer. For storage there is a walk-in closet and, unique to this unit, a private outside open-air lanai to watch that special sunset. All bed linens and towels are provided, as well as starter packs of paper goods, dish soap, laundry soap and bar soap. There is also free secured wifi internet service, HD Comcast cable TV and phone.

Santa Maria boasts about its gorgeous pool area. Directly below you will be the largest heated pool and spa area on the Ft Myers Beach island. The pool area lined with a tanning deck, a whirlpool spa, a bathhouse featuring separate his/hers bathrooms and outside showers. Two gazebo areas flank each side of the pool and provide gas barbecues for those special family get togethers. Beach access is just a short walk to the beautiful, white sand beach. Another short walk takes you to the Santini Marina Plaza for restaurants and shopping, the Fish Tales Marina for boating excursions, which are all next door. There is also a boat slip available for you to rent. Park your boat right out your door.

Ride the trolley to Times Square for 75 cents with a trolley stop in front of the Santa Maria. The new International Airport is only 40 minutes away with taxi and limo service available.

Lovely condo on the south end of Ft. Myers beach. We were a party of three and this condo worked perfectly for us! However it would also be great for two couples who would like their own space or even a family with children. The furniture is updated and comfortable! Being on the fourth floor allowed for lovely views of the pool, marina and even the view of the ocean between the buildings. This end of the beach is much less busy and we liked that. It's easy to cook in this well equipped kitchen and there's a Publix just a few miles north. If you like to eat out, there is lots of variety in the Santini Plaza just steps from the condo. We especially enjoyed Truely Scrumptious for both breakfast and lunch and one entre could easily feed 2 adults. On Wednesday we found a craft market at Santini Plaza and daily there was a fruit and veggie stand. Also, there is a liquor store but it's more expensive than the Publix. We went to the lovely beach daily. It is a short walk and was not crazy and crowded. Its fun to shell ans the sand and water are perfect! There is a large assortment of beach chairs and beach toys to use but you need to bring beach towels. The pool is huge and pristine and loved by kids. It is not available at night which keeps the noise down. It is quite warm if you want to lap swim but it's great for lounging! Additional benefits to this condo include 2 balconies with furniture, a dry bar, fans in the bedrooms and a washer and dryer. We also enjoyed the cable TV. From the first communication to the day we left, dealing with our host, Dick, was a delight! We even left a new swimming suit in the condo and Dick put us in touch with with the cleaning woman, Angela, who went out of her way to get it back to us. Above and beyond service characterized the entire rental. We hated to leave and want to come back!

Very nice accommodations!

We family of 6 enjoyed our stay. A few minute walk to the beach, very nice pool and great views. Owners were very easy to work with. Trolly stop is at the end of the driveway.

Clean, quiet, perfect location with great views

Santa Maria is a very clean, quiet and friendly community. The unit we stayed in was well furnished, clean and spacious. The view was amazing looking over the marina and across to the gulf. The pool area was fabulous including the hot tub. The location is perfect, across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The owners are very friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with, which added to the pleasure of our vacation. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to vacation
