Stunning Villa, fantastic location ! Hard to beat

  • 5 of 5

We loved this villa ! Having stayed a few times in Naples inland, this was our first time in the Vanderbilt beach area. We loved using the bikes to go to both Vandebilt and Wiggins beach . We used Uber cars to get to the Mercato centre - only a mile or so away ($5 on Uber ) sunsets on the beach were out of this world! The villa is perfectly located - on the water which was so special watching the wildlife and catching fish off the dock ! We will definitely return to this beautiful villa and have had an amazing time here ! We are a family of 4. Children aged 14 and 11

Perfect family vacation home!

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect family vacation home! Walking distance to the beach, great swimming pool, bikes for use, kayak's, on the canal, shopping and restaurants close by, and a beautiful clean home! Antoinette and her property manager John were both easy to contact and wanted to make sure everything was going well. We will certainly be back!

Fabulous Find!!

  • 5 of 5

We had a family reunion and celebrated a 50th while on vacation at this beautiful venue! This wonderful home is in a fabulous location...a 3 minute stunning bike ride to the beach, bike racks available at the beach, 6 adult bikes, locks, all beach furniture provided as part of the home rental! Easy, picturesque 10 min. walk to the beach! Beautiful sunsets, clean white beaches, clear beautiful water, and fabulous setting.

The home is exactly as advertised, as well as when you are there you get a wonderful feeling of home, tranquility, adventure, and peace which you can't get from a picture!! Everything is clean, neat, well furnished, well maintained and tastefully furnished. It is comfortable and has a great family space for being together. The pool right outside, with the dock and deck right beside it was fabulous! The home has fishing rods available, and the marine life in the waterway is very active. We saw dolphins, manatees, schools of fish, huge crabs, and caught many fish! ( we released them :))

On arrival we were met by the property manager, John, who was super friendly, accommodating and met us at the home to help us settle in, and show us around. Setting up this rental, Antoinette the owner, was very accommodating, friendly, and quick to answer any questions about Naples, her home, and anything she could help with. The billing process was organized and smooth. There are shops very close by for fun shopping, and grocery shopping.

Activities we enjoyed were visiting the beaches, cycling the neighborhood, deep sea fishing, renting a boat from the Naples Beach Resort and exploring the islands, the Mangroves and fishing from the boat. The In The Pink ice cream boat came to bring ice cream sales to the boats and islanders! Sunsets from the home dock and beaches were stunning! Naples Pier is a great activity and fishing can be done from there for free. Paddle boarding in the ocean was fabulous as the water was calm and warm! (We had our own paddle boards) There are kayaks to rent from this home too if you choose.

We loved our time at this home, and at Naples and would recommend this property to everyone! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Antoinette for all your help with making this a great vacation for our family!!

Owner's Response: It sounds like you had a wonderful time! I've been visiting Naples for approximately 20 years and always learn something new, like the In the Pink Ice cream boat. What a cool idea! I'll be looking for it next time I'm out. It was a pleasure having you.

Hospitality at it's Finest!!!

  • 5 of 5

We had our most relaxing family vacation ever at this wonderful vacation home. The owners have paid attention to Every detail and the process was seamless from application through our return home. The home is truly beautiful and what a great location! The private pool is fabulous and the bicycles made the short trip to Vanderbilt Beach fun. We enjoyed cooking fresh seafood & steaks on the grill and lounging around the pool until it was time to hop on the bikes and return to the beach for the awesome sunsets! We loved it and will be visiting again.

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this property last week and it was wonderful! The house is exactly as it appears on the website. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very clean. Antionette made the rental process very easy. We were met at the house by Terri, the Property Manager's wife. It was really nice to have someone walk us through the home. John and Terri were very helpful with any questions we had last week. Terri recommended Publix for our groceries and fresh produce. She also suggested walking the neighborhood, which we did. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet.

In Naples, we saw Naples Pier and beach, Vanderbilt Beach, shopped at Tin City and Alvin's Island, took a fishing excursion, had breakfast at Bayfront. We drove along Pelican Bay Blvd to see some of the beautiful hotels and homes along the Gulf. We also took a 1 day trip out of Fort Myers Beach to Key West on the Key West Express. The beaches were beautiful! We preferred Vanderbilt Beach, but we did get to see dolphins at the Naples Pier!! We ate lunch at Randy's Fish Market twice because it was so good. Our 14 year old son recommends the lobster mac & cheese. We had breakfast at EJ's Café at Bayfront. The banana french toast was wonderful! We did a 1/2 day fishing excursion with Fish N Fever. We highly recommend Captain Joel. We caught snapper, grouper, mackerel, remora and a small shark. Captain Joel cleaned the fish we kept for us and we grilled it at the house. Best fish we have ever had! If you decide to do the day trip to Key West keep in mind you don't have a lot of time there. We had less than 5 hours to explore which was enough for us because we had been there before. The sunset on the trip back to Fort Myers Beach was breathtaking!

Make sure to leave time to enjoy the beautiful pool, canal and bay views, use the gourmet kitchen, play games on the lanai and relax! Thank you Antionette... We will be back!

Owner's Response: Wow! Sounds like a great time! There's nothing like fresh fish from the Gulf of Mexico! I've heard good things about EJ's and will have to try it on my next visit. Randy's is located within 1 1/2 miles and is an old favorite where they serve fresh caught fish and are famous for their key lime pies as well. On rare occasions dolphins make their way back through the canals and can be seen in our canal behind the house. Thanks for the great review and the recommendations! I look forward to your return visit.

Fantastic waterfront property in amazing location

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I have been travelling to Naples every year for 10 years or more and we now feel we've found the perfect property. Located within minutes of Vanderbilt Beach, you really can't beat the location of this property. Situated in a really quiet neighbourhood the property was everything we hoped for and more. We were met on arrival by the property manager, John, who was brilliant. Arriving late at night it was so nice to be welcomed into the home with all the lights on and shown around. We had such a relaxing stay at the property which was equipped with everything we needed. There was even a very thoughtful welcome pack with some key essentials to get us started. The outside space at the property was something really special. There is a huge dock and we enjoyed spending time out there during the day and at sunset. There was a lot of wildlife to be spotted from the dock, including a huge manatee, numerous jumping fish and many birds. Naples is without doubt our favourite holiday destination as there is always so much to do. We enjoyed taking the short trip downtown to spend time at the pier, shopping on 5th Avenue and dining at some wonderful restaurants. Close by to the house is the Mercato shopping district - we love Whole Foods! Capital Grille was outstanding and such good value particularly to dine at lunchtime. We can also thoroughly recommend Mediterrano in downtown Naples, excellent food and service and you can see why they're number 1 on Trip Advisor. Being in north Naples, it's really easy to get to Miromar Outlets or Coconut Point, both excellent locations to do some serious shopping. I could write for hours about the attractions in the Naples area, you can never be bored as there's so much to see and do. If you want to just chill out then you are within walking distance of one of the nicest beaches you are likely to find in the world. We really enjoyed running each morning and stopping at the beach - it's amazing how friendly the locals are. Everyone says good morning, which is so nice coming from the UK where the public are not always so friendly. I guess if you live in paradise then you would be happy all the time!! We would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to revisit again in the not too distant future. Antoinette was absolutely fantastic, extremely efficient and quick to respond to any question we had. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your wonderful home.
