Beautifully appointed with custom walnut cabinetry, stained concrete floors, stainless appliances, and modern, cozy furnishings. Both artfully designed bedrooms feature Queen-Size Beds, Memory Foam Mattresses, High Thread Count sheets and Organic Cotton Duvets. The Master Bedroom boasts a large Walk-In Closet. In case of extra sleeping requirements, the sofa in the living room converts to a full size bed.
Indulge your culinary desires on the gas range, under a beautiful, stainless steel vent hood. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, microwave, a French press coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a garbage disposal. The Galley style kitchen with 'waterfall' island opens to the living room so you can cook along as you watch the Food Network. Or step out onto your spacious patio and whip up a Texas BBQ feast.

Comfortable Austin property in a quiet neighborhood
My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in August, 2016. We had a pleasant stay. The property is clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to South Congress and downtown, though it was nice to have a car, due to the heat on the week we were there.
Perfect for the three of us!
Condo was clean and fully equipped, beds comfy, and the location could not be beat. Perfect long weekend trip...
My family recently stayed at this property for a long weekend. It was in a great location---we enjoyed the South Congress area. The apartment was lovely and well-furnished. It was a great setting for a great stay. We will be back!
The Perfect Space
We absolutely loved this rental in Austin! The photos represented the house very well and it fit us perfectly. We had great communication with the owners and she even called me personally after I had sent an email question. Great customer service!
Upon arrival we were greeted with light music playing and a clean, happy environment. They have a fun little screened in porch off the back that feels private. My husband and I shared this house with my mom and felt like we had plenty of space. The bathroom was really nice for a house that size. They thought of every possible need and I was super impressed with the organization and great use of space. Even the master bedroom had a closet many of us envy!
We have a mid century modern home ourselves, so this really made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked and we lacked for nothing.
The location was perfect for us. A few blocks from some relatives and from there we had an easy and charming walk to SoCo for lots of shopping and dining. And our never miss breakfast spot - Magnolia Cafe!

Activity and Interests
A ten minute walk takes you to vibrant South Congress Avenue (aka SoCo) — filled with fantastic restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and music venues. Big Stacy Park equipped with 3 acres of walking trails and a heated, spring-fed swimming pool is just a 5 minute walk. You'll also find a playground and wading pool at little Stacy Park - enough fun to entertain even the the tiniest travelers for hours.
The entertaining Second, Warehouse, and Sixth street districts downtown are a 5 minute bus/cab ride. Also near are Barton Springs, Zilker Park, the hike and bike trail along Lady Bird Lake (Town Lake), Auditorium Shores, the Convention Center, the bats at the South Congress bridge, Whole Foods Market, the Long Performing Arts Center, the Capitol and much more.
