Welcome! You have found the Treasured Delight. This warm welcoming 2 bedroom/2bath is a weekly rental during the summer months only. Sept to June is a 9 month winter rental.

This beautiful 2nd story 2bedroom 2 bath beach house with wood floors throughout and burber carpet in all bedrooms consists of a open floor plan with a gas fireplace, flat screen cable and DVD player, stereo, tasteful furniture, a 6 person dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom in the back of the house has a queen bed and an attached full size bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with Queen bed and there are 2 twin roll away beds in the closet that can be set up in either bedroom or living room . The 2nd bathroom was also recently remodeled with a beautifully tiled shower. The front entrance to the house has a great beach atmosphere with a covered patio (patio on right).

You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!

I am the Broker and owner of Treasure Property Management and enjoy making a 'home' away from home for all my guests. I like to make sure they are happy, comfortable and safe. All my homes are impeccably clean and I greet every guest upon their arrival to walk them through the home as well as introduce them to the neighborhood. Had an awesome week. My Kids enjoyed every minute. We loved being on the beach and enjoying bike rides. The house was lovely and a perfect location to everything you might need. Will definitely consider doing this again.

Just Perfect

The description of this place is exactly whay you get. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean, kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family. It's very relaxing and the location is perfect to park the car in the garage and never leave. One thing to note is the garage is a tight squeeze so big trucks or SUV's beware. Loved every minute. We'll defintely be back.

Clean and Spacious

Great for families! We stayed there with our 3 kids and babysitter and had lots of fun. Its a close walk to several places to eat and located on a great beach. Landlord was great and made sure we were happy. Already planning on returning next year!

So Comfortable and Nice

This was our first experience renting a house on the beach and we really scored with a winner. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern and the kitchen clean and efficient. The house was amazing, the furnishings nice, and the proximity to the beach unbelievable. The process was so easy and painless. The house is within walking distance of fast food, a convenience store, and a great donut shop. A one car garage made parking a nonissue. It was a surprise to find we had use to a washer and dryer, outside shower, and BBQ. I believe this house was the nicest on the block!

Outside hot water shower
