We all hear Location, Location, Location and yes it is true... This newly decorated ,2 bedroom,2 bath home is ready for your arrival. Outfitted with California chic style, recently all newly painted new bathroom floors, and furnished, It is the managers personal home, therefore uniquely set up.. Both bedrooms have their own separate baths, and the living room also has a pull out sofa bed for extra guests. Need I mention the views? Yes, we have sweet views .. of the world famous Manhattan Beach Pier,whitewater, and even views of PV and Catalina Island. The deck is quite convenient right off the living and dining room area, for the those great BBQ days and sunset viewing and to take in the Ocean breezes and hear the roar of the surf! Just one house away is the Strand and the Beach! As stated in above, this location cannot be beat, since we are only one house to 7th street , a walkstreet and the Strand. Walking or biking is a way of life in our little town, so leave the car at home, we are only 4 short blocks to the pier, and all that downtown has to offer. Nice to know though, we have a small garage that stores beach bikes and accessories , . Parking for one standard size car under carport area. Parking also available on Manhattan Ave. We are waiting for your arrival, Many dates still open . Absolutely great local area and extremely lovely beach house . See you soon!!!
Location cannot be beat for the price!Four blocks from the Pier,restaurants and shopping.Accommodations were exceptional.We were two sets of parents visiting our roommate daughters who have relocated to Cali.From viewing the sunrises and sunsets from our deck to listening to waves hitting the shore is what Manhattan Beach is all about.We highly recommend this unit for all the above reasons and many others too numerous to mention here.
Our family loved our stay, this house has it all. The kitchen is top notch. The balcony has good views of the pier, ocean and beach and the outdoor furniture is wonderful. The location can't be better, only a few blocks to shopping and restaurants.. The owner was extremely helpful. The location cannot be beat and the house was the perfect set-up. Over all one of the best values on the rental market.

Low Season: November -May1 not including Holidays, $2100
