The view from your 6th floor balconies are nothing short of breath-taking at least 5 miles to the East. You can view the shrimpers trawling a mile off shore, the Daytona boardwalk to the North, and the jetty and New Smyrna beach to the South. The three magnificent balconies total almost 100 sq.ft. with individual sliding glass doors to an ocean front living room and two King suites each with their own balcony. The Master suite has a Sleep Number King, and a spectacular bathroom with a double shower and Jacuzzi; The other Oceanfront King is still First Class and something to fight over.

Come and enjoy all Ponce Inlet has to offer: Turtle Museum, Marine Rescue Lighthouse, Parks. The Florida Atlantic Coast is famous for its Pearly white sand beaches. Ponce Inlet is far enough South it is temperate throughout the Winter and the humidity bearable throughout the Summer. The peninsula with the jetty to the South limits the thru traffic and promotes privacy and increased security.

Few realize that racing had its debut on this very stretch of beach. The North Turn Bar & Restaurant, a quarter of a mile to the North marks the North end of the race track which started as a beach event.

This 6th floor condo has 2 large ocean front KING suites with private baths, the Master having a SELECT COMFORT KING MATERESS, the third bedroom is configured for singles or kids with two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa available in the front living area. The ocean front living area has a 50 inch TV with dvd player, 2 couches with recliners on each end. The glass top dolphin sculptureed dining table can sit 6-8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry room has top of line full sized Maytag washer /dryer. Other amenities include a digital keyboard, books, games, some movies and wireless high speed internet. The second living area boarders the breakfast area on the other end of the condo and is excellent for the kids with their own TV and recreation area. The third bedroom adjoins this area and is equipped with twin beds again perfect for kids. One inside assigned parking spot is included with automatic openers, additional parking is outside for you and guests. Your Condo has big screen TV, DVD, VCR, books, games, cards, movies, wireless high speed internet, free digital long distance covering US and Canada. All linens, hair dryer, Maytag washer and dryer, initial supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner and detergents and stuff ….yawn…… Lots of additional information available. Lap of luxury winter get-away

3 months was not enough. A beautiful, roomy beach condo with every amenity you could want or need. 3br/3ba, nicely decorated, 2 living rooms with TVs, laundry room and upscale kitchen. Secure beach and pool access with underground parking and a fantastic 6th floor balcony for happy hour. Couldn't ask for better hosts than the Morans and Mark, the maintenance manager, was a helpful delight. I'm hesitant to say more as I'm hoping to reschedule this coming winter and don't want too much competition! Favorite nearby restaurants were Aunt Catfish and McKenna's. The North Turn is a short walk to the north and Norwood's in NSB is unique.

February, 2016 vacation canceled

In October, 2015 reluctantly I had to cancel our scheduled February 2016 stay at Mike's condo. I personally talked to him on the phone to cancel and he told me he would refund my deposit in full. I was very happy to have the FULL deposit refunded in a matter of a few weeks. He went beyond what is actually in the contract regarding the deposit refunded and my husband & I really appreciated his efforts. He was so nice and friendly every time I had talked to him by phone and seems genuinely interested in his potential renters. We will certainly strive to get back to his condo in the future.

PLEASE DISREGARD THE ABOVE DATE OF ARRIVAL AS I WROTE THIS REVIEW BEFORE WE ACTUALLY WOULD HAVE STAYED IN THE CONDO FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 2016

Beautiful condo.!! great owner, great views

Fantastic place!! Wonderfully equipped w 3 lovely bedrooms and baths.!!! Pinches Inlet area is best part of Daytona w gorgeous beaches and nice people!!! I highly recommend this property as owner is wonderful host, very helpful.!!! I'd love to go here again...!!!
