Recreational opportunities are close by and plentiful. The famous Bitterroot River is only 3 miles away with great access for drift boats or rafts and offers wonderful wade fishing for anglers. There are hiking and mountain biking trails up every drainage of the adjacent majestic Bitterroot Mountain Range. Horseback trail rides are just a few miles away. The quaint town of Stevensville (oldest in Montana) offers shopping, restaurants, a wildlife refuge and even a micro-brewery! The cabin has easy access yet wonderful privacy located only 35 miles from the Missoula Airport, University, farmers markets, fabulous restaurants and shopping. - The cabin features: western decor with a cozy living room including a cute woodstove, satelite HD-TV & DVD, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed and private bath and a cute roomy loft with two twin beds. For more sleeping accommodations there also is a comfortable queen sleeper-sofa in the living room. For those wonderful long Montana summer evenings the large deck overlooks the pond and includes a Weber BBQ grill and porch swing. The fire pit in the front yard can be used for your camp fire memories. There is direct access at the front gate to a 30-mile paved bike path that runs north and south trough the Bitterroot Valley.
