Lovely large 3 bedroom, 1&1/2 bath second floor apartment with fabulous ocean view. No streets between you and the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. This unit is smoke free and pet friendly. Within walking distance of shopping, dining, and recreation.
Went to NSB for a quieter spring break with a group of friends. The property was perfect! So affordable and the perfect distance to the beach! It was the perfect FL spring break!
Although when the woman came to clean, she came 20 minutes before we had to be out there and started yelling at us to get out, which was very rude.
This location is exactly what we wanted. Close enough to Daytona Beach for all bike week activities, yet away from the noise and traffic. My dealings with Lori was always pleasant and our needs at the condo was more than met. Mother Nature could have been more cooperative, but we had a very nice time at Lori's place.
This was a perfectly located property to the beach! The house was a nice size but could definitely be improved with updated furniture (especially the living room furniture and smaller room beside the kitchen) and appliances (i.e. shower, coffee maker, bathrooms, etc.) to make it more comfortable and updated. The house has a lot of potential! You are above another tenant but it was not an issue for us. Lori was easily reached if we had any questions.
We had a great time renting in March. The condo was what we expected, view was great and we had everything we needed for the week. It was also a bonus there was a high chair, we put it to good use. I'd definitely rent again.
We were very impressed with the spaciousness of this unit. Family guests were very comfortable and we spent great times on the beach which is so close, it was wonderful. Breakfast and coffee was enjoyed on the deck many times. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance or hop in the car and head to Flagler Avenue - plenty of shopping and amazing restaurants to choose from! Unfortunately I had to drop a start from the rating only because the condo next door was being renovated and we unfortunately had to deal with jackhammers, sandblasting and the beep, beep, beep of equipment. This was no fault of the owner of our place as they had no control over it so don't stay away from renting this wonderful spot! The location made up for the unfortunate annoyances so check this place out! You won't regret it.
Wonderful beach getaway! Comfortable, clean with everything you need to relax. Lori was wonderful to work with and the place was so fully equipped with everything we needed. Exactly like the photos-- no unpleasant surprises. Just a great place to kick back, entertain friends and so close to everything. Walk to Chases, Mannys and other local restaurants. We are looking forward to booking it again!
